I’m doing my upmost to keep my shoulder happy, BPC 157, TB500 and Shogun GH all playing an integral part of this, alongside proper prehab, warmups and a focus on good form. So far, so good.

PEDs are 500mg test and 200mg EQ, the only addition to this will be Anadrol at approx week 9 or 10 and Halo for the week leading into 1rm attempt.

My speed work, when I did it, was with 60-70% of my 1RM. And more volume.
I do 60% 1RM for 10 sets of 3 on speed bench. They need to be done as fast as possible. Ideally you want bands on each side to get the bar down to the chest as fast as possible. Rest 45 sec between each set.

Pinning both BPC and TB, after doing a deep dive into systemic vs local I’ve come to the conclusion that it is systemic so pinning near belly button.

I think I’m just locked in so tight on bench with a nice new technique that I’m using muscles that haven’t been used before.

@Heavygripper I suggest you do closer to local, deep dive vs reality much different :D closer to the site you can get the better.

I’ve wanted 200 for a long time and I got it quite easily imo today.
Will load 205kg in a week from today, maybe I’ll hit 210…..not sure yet.
