Approved Log Female Transformation Journal

@Fitasfuckisthegoal I just came across this log and I think my wife may be suffering a mild to moderate form of what you have. And you both are the same age too. You seem really dedicated to both your log and your goals, and trust me this community won't let you down there are dedicated people on here to guide you through anything with zero judgement and we talk about anything and everything openly on here.

I'm 100% following this and will be monitoring how you're feeling and let my wife know too. We've got your back and by the way, you go girl! Impressive dedication and already a great shape and starting point.

I hope you and your daughter can figure it out. I don’t talk to my son much because of his mother and her fucked up family. Trying to change that but it’s been an uphill battle. He’s 27 now and we are starting to have a better relationship but he just moved four hours away with his GF so that will be another hurdle.
well she probably won't like that i sold all her dolls that she had in her room. just got tired of looking at them

I've spent a good five minutes trying to come up with a funny reply, and so far, I've still got nothing
sister it a good clean cowboy movie. don't know what the buzz all about. i went to theater and watched it in my cowboy boots and hat

Hold up what is Var?
Since it's been bought up now I'd tread carefully here as a female. This is the drug they use at gender clinics for females who want to become men, and at those same doses.

It causes irreversible thickening of the vocal cords (changes your voice permanently) will make you grow a full beard, and other things I'd rather not mention. I find it pretty out there that woman on social media casually recommend it to others - please be careful.

@vanlife_gymbum yes steroids have sides, but with women you just need to be careful with dosing and go light. Majority of women dont need steroids tbh.

What cycle are you on @vanlife_gymbum ? please update us.

Hey mate - I'm about to start my first Test E cycle and would like to do a proper log on here, I'm just trying to figure out how to do it.

I've been listening to the podcast for a year and have learnt so much from it, I want to get involved in the forum.

@vanlife_gymbum well you came to the right place, EVO family welcomes you :D

I'll give you simple instructions below, should take you no more than 15min to start a log and add pics and 5min to update weekly.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal asap for us

I've been listening to the podcast for a year and have learnt so much from it, I want to get involved in the forum.
what sort of dosing? a short cycle of low dose Var won't change your gender btw. Test is the main drug they would use.

This is the truth. I have a trans relative. 80mg/wk test cyp. Passes as male. You can’t tell
You can get actual medication anavar at 2.5mg per dose. That’s the stuff for women who want to stay feminine but want to enhance their workouts/muscularity

Yup medication oxandrolone is 2.5mgs tabs.

Hay lads I am happy you guys are helping each other out and I respect that but @Fitasfuckisthegoal thread is getting over run here.

@Fitasfuckisthegoal how is your week going? How has your food and workouts been?

You're right @Sassy Rep I didn't moderate this on time. Everyone reading this is a log, lets move to our own logs for discussion.

@Fitasfuckisthegoal I hope we didn't confuse things sister :D
are you going to update pics for us?

@Fitasfuckisthegoal I just came across this log and I think my wife may be suffering a mild to moderate form of what you have. And you both are the same age too. Huge apologies for the slow response -- Ive had a relapse into Chronic Fatigue the last three weeks and have been back to sleeping like the dead (except just not at night, when we would really LIKE TO BE ASLEEP). What is her protocol for combatting her issues?

I feel great again this week and have been back to training again. It's such a bizarre thing to experience -- one minute you're zooming and then out of nowhere, your body feels like that of an old woman, and the fatigue can be crippling. Does she experience this too?? I am finding the peptides are making a monstrous different to my overall trajectory. So the crashes since I started peptides in June are way less frequent, less debilitating and shorter. And the good days are incomparable to my old 'good days'. My good days now are WILD GOOD.

It is the small things making the biggest difference I think, in addition to peptides. So, creatine -- BOOM. Upping my protein again, from 120g to 150g (before starting all of this, I would have been lucky to get 60!). Mineral supplement (I take Morningstar Humic and Fulvic and they are fab). Anient Lakes electrolytes. BIG doses of magnesium.

Just one thing I've added though after my last crash has been Thiamax at the recommendation of a much younger person with the same issues. It's hard to attribute any of the improvements to one thing, but I think this has been pretty effing good so far!

I'd love to know more about her journey when you have time!

Whats your training been like mid week?
Hey dude -- been in a wild Chronic Fatigue crash again but am on the other side again and back training! The fatigue this round was nowhere near as bad as it normally is, and while it's been like three weeks I think (?), I've still been pushing myself to train even if it's only a smaller, less heavy session. Yesterday I trained like a mutha fucka for the first time in three weeks and felt magnificent before, during and after and today -- no post exertion malaise at all YES!

Any tips on training when you're not feeling it welcome BTW. I used to just rest, but this time I've still gone out and done a workout and it's been surprising how much strength I've still been able to muster despite feeling like the walking dead. So I figure, that has to be a better option yeah?

OH THAT IS A HELL NO FROM ME

@Fitasfuckisthegoal We're still here for you sister when you're able to give us an update. Still following your journal.
Howdy! I have to apologise for my lack of action -- wild chronic fatigue relapse for three weeks but, I've been training (small) through it and despite FEELING repulsive I actually think I've still made muscular progress which is nuts.

Yesterday I did my first bigass, smash it to hell workout. Felt awesome before, during and after and today I have no post-expertional malaise at all. WHICH IS MIND BOGGLING AWESOME.

It's clear now, that going in even when you feel like you want to lie down and not get up for seventeen hours, and just doing whatever you can muster, has made a big difference this crash. And my body is beginning to LOOK different. 2.5kg weight gain in the last month too.

Will take some pics and post asap!

Do you listen to the podcast?

Sounds like you’ve really got a handle on dialing things in, and those peptides clearly changed the whole baseline for you. Bumping protein, creatine, and the mineral support makes a big difference, especially with fatigue swinging up and down. Thiamax is a good add too, lots of people with energy crashes respond well to that boost. If she’s dealing with the same kind of crashes, it’d be great to compare notes, but you’re already stacking the right pieces to keep the good days coming more often. @Fitasfuckisthegoal

Yes a friend of mine has been on Anavar -- she is 56, and a very oestrogen-dominant body type (short, curvy AF, and that very soft, very pretty appearance -- super feminine). It's helped her really start to change her body composition.

But losing fat is so hard for her, whereas it's super easy for me. And building muscle is so easy for her and so hard for me. What's fascinating though is that she has to be so wildly disciplined on food and I'm like, where's the butter? I NEED MORE CALORIES.

She has since switched to Tesamorelin and Retatrutide I think, to focus on the weight loss side of things? What are your thoughts on Anavar for women trying to build muscle, without the need to focuss on fat loss?

Yeah it's fascinating isn't it? I mean, we're given the most absurd, nonsensical dietary and health advice from the medical community that just makes NO SENSE. Taking things into my own hands and ignoring all the standard advice and pretty much doing the opposite in many cases, is working. Have you had results with Thiamax also?

I've still been pushing myself to train even if it's only a smaller, less heavy session. Yesterday I trained like a mutha fucka

That's awesome work mate well done. Pushing yourself to go to the gym or workout when you're fatigued like that can be really really hard. Sometimes it's a full on struggle to just get out of bed, let alone get dressed and go to the gym and act normal and sometimes that's even harder than a full on hardcore workout is when you're feeling normal. I'm interested in hearing others tips about that too.
I've been dealing with some similar stuff caused by low testosterone and side affects of medication and I was failing over and over, I've been to fix it for two to three years and had many false starts. The log I've been running here has been the single greatest thing I've done to fix this, I feel like I'm on the right path finally, and I can't recommend it enough.

One trick that I got something out of was like "going through the motions", I'd finally drag myself out of bed but no way I was going to lift or even do cardio but I'd still get dressed and take my gym bag and go to the gym and have a shower and just mill around. Half of the time I'd come right enough while there to at least to some low-impact cardio on the bike while doomscrolling or treadmill while watching the wall TVs. At worst I'd got outside and had a shower.

Keep up the training like a motha fucka!

I think it works! I think I can be good, and of course it can be taken too far. It really opens Pandora’s box, you know? Even as a man, I started with peptides and I was just desperate to heal my body and regain my strength. I regret ever taking androgens. I didn’t need them, I did benefit from them, but there’s no looking back for me. So it’s become a lifestyle, I lift and I take hormones and peptides and I stay strong and perform like I’m younger than I am. I try to be careful and maybe it’ll all be worth it!

Will definitely build strength. But I would try to build as much natural strength as you can before trying it. Just my opinion. But yes is a safer choice for women. Sounds like you just need to work on protein intake which you are doing. 👍💪🌸You dont have fat gain Thats a bonus!

Anavar at a low dose like 2.5mg EOD will work for you but not til later. I'd get your routine, diet and strength in check and then we can all help you add something anabolic to your portfolio.

Most of all, be kind to yourself and don't beat yourself up when you have those bad days. Just know they're going to end and when they do just crush the gym and give yourself a lot to recover from for those CFS days. It will all add up and you're doing great!

This could confuse a lot of people. Imagine her walking around a major city, where people are accustomed to referring to someone in whatever gender they are attempting to express. But this person could pass make easily when fully dressed. So if she was getting offended and correcting everyone for calling her he/him etc I think she’d cause a lot of people a great deal of distress because they just want to go along with the things they are supposed to go along with according to their conditioning.

However this lady didn’t get like that from a little anavar. I’ve probably never taken as much total androgens in a week as her. Or even half

I won't be subscribing to her only fans but I fully support what she's doing. This issue is hidden away so far that even on a steriod forum people pretend this doesn't exist. "Just do a little bit", etc.

I know for a fact my friend was doing 5mg of anavar a day. The bit I didn't want to mention before is that her clit turned into a dick pretty much. I doubt that's reversable either. It replaced the giant rat in my nightmares.

And for what?

I know for a fact my friend was doing 5mg of anavar a day. The bit I didn't want to mention before is that her clit turned into a dick pretty much. I doubt that's reversable either. It replaced the giant rat in my nightmares.

And for what?
Yeah. Well we can all say that, “for what?”

It just depends on what you want to do, right? If you love lifting and want to be so huge you club be willing to accept side effects. Is having a mega clit worse than having severe and recurring gyno? I’m not so sure.

The line between fitness and fetish blurs easily.

I agree, lower on the gear is smarter :D

I think it’s also helpful to remember that a lot of women wouldn’t want to touch nick walker intimately either. We are all doing what we do for our own self satisfaction. I preach that a lot when the young fellas come on here saying they want to take this that or the other thing to increase their attractiveness to women. It’s all so subjective. I find well developed muscularity in women attractive, but when it’s obviously supra physiological, and masculinity is present, it becomes less and less attractive, but I still very much appreciate that a woman has done even more work and dedication than me, after all, I’m not even that strong in the gym. Have you seen Bakhar Nebeiva? I’m sure I’m spelling that wrong. Holy smoke show. That’s one hot enhanced woman. Her demeanor is off putting seriously. But she’s doing her thing. I’m just a guy, not any kind of authority on fitness

Yeah for sure bro, if a girl wanted to for real then that's her decision and I wouldn't be saying anything about it at all, that'd be none of my business really.

But that's not what's happening with most woman being given anavar. I'm talking about regular every day woman being misinformed or mislead, not pros or woman who want to be full on body builders. It's super common, as I found out because of what happened to my friend. I realise I gave the wrong idea when linking to the IFBB chick but it's pretty hard to find public pics of the side affects otherwise.

In my friends case she was just given them by her PT and didn't know anything about anything, she just wanted to learn how to workout, get fit and loose weight as many woman commonly do. There was no informed consent or anything like a plan where she accepted the risks and side affects. This isn't some hardcore person willing to sacrifice everything for their goals, just a regular girl who wanted to get into the gym.

You're right the changes are acceptable to hardcore atcual body-builder woman. I forget the 200lbs lady with a mohawk's name but she talks candidly about making that decision and is happy with it I think. There's also a Dutch IFBB lady Ilona who has been doing that for about 20 years who's very intelligent and has done a few interviews where shes open about it all. She has great advice targeted at regular woman

There's also grey areas like this girl Hanna Hussain (sp?) who thought she wanted to do "whatever it takes", and said exactly that to her first coach. I dont think she knew what she was signing up for and I think a lot of people wronged her and I find her story pretty sad. I hope she keeps doing interviews and recording her story.

There's a handful of other atcual body builder woman who talk about it but very few from the general population of regular woman who have been directly affected by this, which are the woman I care about hearing from.

The BB chicks are incredible and are just out there doing their thing and that's fine with me, shaven or not.

You’re right, it’s all personal preference and most of us train for ourselves first anyway. Plenty of women wouldn’t go near Nick Walker but that doesn’t take away from what he’s built. Same with female lifters, the work and discipline is what really stands out even if the look isn’t everyone’s taste. Bakhar Nebeiva is a perfect example, insane physique and clearly enhanced, but she’s built it for herself and that’s what matters. :D

Hello
Newbie here not sure if im in the right cateory but i didnt knw where else to post. I have arthritis in both my knees and just had anthroscopic surgery on 1 of thm
Sept 2nd but an old trainer of mine told me about how his client who is older used bpc for his arthritis in his knees and it helped a lot so i bought
it and now I cant figure out how to measure it out with the bacteriostatic water.Ive tried contacting the site where i bought it from but thyre not answering.

I have a bottle of NAD thats 1,000 mg in powder form and the dose needs to be 50mg sub q for 1st week and then go up to 75 for 2nd wk and then following
wk go up to 100mg. How much bacteriostatic water do i need to put into the bottle? Then I also have bpc and it is a 10 mg bottle
in powder form and my dose needs to be 200 mcg to start for 1st wk once or twice daily at injury site and go up 300 mcg 2nd wk etc how much
bacteriostatic water do I need for that one as well?
Its so confusing and im not great with math/measurements etc.

Search “peptide calculator”

I’m not familiar with NAD, but very familiar with bpc157. It will probably offer you sooooome relief, and may help you with things that you didn’t think of.

If you have a 10mg vial, and a 1ml syringe, you would first

inject air into the vial to relieve the vacuum

Draw 1ml of bacteria static water into your syringe

Slowly drip the bac water into the box vial and gently roll the vial until it is completely dissolved.

Then .1 of your 1ml syringe is equal to 1mg, so if your dose is 500mcg, it would be best to dilute with 2ml, or you can just draw a tiny amount (halfway to .1) for your dose.

BPC-157 is going to be your main healer vs. the NAD.
  • Put 2ml bac water in (two full insulin needles of bac water) and swirl it gently. Let it sit until the entire solution is clear.
  • Draw to only 4 (on a standard insulin needle that goes to 100).
  • That's 200mcg. (see attached pic)

  • For 300mcg draw to 6.

If you want to make life easier just draw right to 5iu and run 250mcg as long as you can afford it.
Other peptides that will help you are TB-500 and GHK-Cu.

But get yourself confident with the process by reading through this like @LevButlerov posted: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...-before-trying-injections.105987/post-1836738

That's Hannah Hussein! I watch all her videos. She is awesome and authentic and a smoke show hottie too!

How you hanging in there EVO sister? Is the CFS in check? Still following.

I wouldn't put one thing into my body without spending a HELLUVA long time researching it first. The joys of being a closet science nerd, as well as a Sensible Sally. We are the ones who are ultimately responsible for our own choices, and I'd rather be over informed than under informed!

I have no idea who Nick Walker is, however I actually follow a few men's lifting forums and listen to plenty of podcasts on men's training. A lot of it is not useful of course but a lot of it is! And I'm also just a very curious person so I find it fascinating to understand what men are doing in this space anyway. I mean, seeing a huge bodybuilder in the gym is fascinating because we all know that isn't "normal" and it's taken some serious science, research and of course, EFFING DISCIPLINE AND HARD WORK to do it. I like to at least try and understand what others are doing, what drives them, how they got where they are. It's all useful I think!

Try tuning in to Jay Campbell and Hunter Williams. They aren't everyone's cup of tea but those two know a helluva lot about peptides and have their own peptide cheat sheet which gives you info on a range of peptides, vial dose, suggested dose and how much bac water to reconstitute. I listen to them a lot just to learn! Weirdly I also listen to the Man Lab. The host is a fellow Australian and not an expert so he asks the stupid questions some of us are thinking -- he interviews two guys who run a peptide business. Always interesting convos. Also, Andrew Huberman with Huberman Lab. I listened to a cracker the other day about NAD+ but I can't find it in my listening history otherwise I'd post which one it was sorry! There are also peptide reconstitution calculators online that are super easy. Just google that and you'll find one that does the maths for you. Hope that helps :-)

:)

Ah, you know the struggle! And you're totally right -- it's just getting up and going when you don't want to. Going through the motions. I have recently returned to an old book I had called Atomic Habits. James Clear. it's huge now -- I bought it years ago when it first launched and I followed his protocols for habit breaking and creating to ditch my emotional binge eating problem (it was a problem too let me assure you).

Habits are literally the golden secret. And once we fall out of habit, or form new ones, it's really difficult to go back. It's a great read and system but you can access a lot of his materials without the book too for free (everyone loves that price point).

Also you're not failing. Fail is simply First Attempt In Learning. We just keep going, keep trialling, keep getting up, keep nourishing our bodies and keep connecting with each other. No end goal, just one step at a time bud! Keep going!!

@Fitasfuckisthegoal If you haven't been able to make it to the gym there's no judgement, you can still log your days and struggles with CFS here and MS. I will be listening as it's in my family too.

Also just an update on progress -- I have gained 3kg (yes I realise most of that is fat of course!).

The extra food and extra beef (by beef I mean on my body not the steak kind) is helping me find extra strength.

Not a revelation to any of you but it kind of is to me after a lifetime of trying to be skinnier and smaller, not bigger! And I am growing an ASS (or arse in Aussie terminology). Given I had a few weeks of doing the BARE DAMN MINIMUM, I'm pretty happy with this bootiful booty expansion. Not heaps of growth from exact side view, but a bit. But it's pushing out and up, little by little (giggles like a kid on Christmas Day). I don't think I've ever had this before, but I've never done glute training before either.

Funnily enough, the workouts themselves haven't been particularly less intense, but the recovery has. So instead of doing two big lower days, I have done one per week for three weeks simply because I could barely move afterward. But in there I've still been managing to do a decent workout. This is good I think. Do you think that's an indication that strength is generally improving overall?

nothing wrong with that at all, plenty of crossover in the info and you can pick up good tips even if most is geared toward guys. being curious and actually learning what goes into it gives you a better perspective on the discipline and work behind those physiques, and you can apply parts of it to your own training too. :D @Fitasfuckisthegoal

This definitely means your strength is improving and body is adapting to recovering.

And (in Canada at least) we all prefer a bigger Aussie ARSE like the one you’re building so well done!

Sorry mate I thought I'd replied to this but hadn't!! I bought this when it came out too, was in every shop window in Melbourne for a good couple of months haha but I still have it in its unread state but with your endorsement I've started it :) building solid new habits and ditching old ones around diet and exercise is basically what I've been doing since joining Evo.

I atcually have wanted to get fit, lose weight and take steriods since 2008 but until this year haven't been able to clean myself up to meet the basic prerequisites, which for me was basically ditching bad habits that were incompatible, namely drug and alcohol abuse. Every buyer of self help books has a couple they atcually read and swear by and you're not the first person who swears by this one :) I'll let you know how I go with it.

Habits are literally the golden secret. And once we fall out of habit, or form new ones, it's really difficult to go back. It's a great read and system but you can access a lot of his materials without the book too for free (everyone loves that price point)

I agree with you about habits. The more I think about it the more it is that simple. You're right it's the secret. I've put a lot of focused effort into stopping bad habits to get into exercise and dieting, especially diet related stuff and I attribute a lot of my weight loss success to retatrutide but what it really does is allow you a bit of breathing room to setup good habits around food.

I never had a problem with food like you mentioned with emotional binge eating (I was an alcoholic tho) but still a couple of times a week I'd polish off two family sized blocks of chocolate while still in the supermarket parking lot. That really got in the way of everything else. Even when I was seeing a PT once a week and eating carnivore most of the time this bad habit completely derailed my progress. I couldn't even tell you why I did it but I did and it was definitely a habit.

I was recently faced with the idea I might have to stop reta and it was atcually kinda scary, I don't feel I've prepared well enough. I wouldn't go back to wolfing down giant blocks of chocolate but I'd have to put in a lot of thought and effort to make sure I didn't blow it some other way.

Hope you're doing okay mate. I had a month of poor sleep and it threw me off my routine a bit so I'm trying to change things and come right again.
