Felt better later one as well when I was doing other exercises, yes I prefer neutral grip since it gives me less stress on my wrists

The cycle is still 1g of test weekly, 5iu gh, 10mg ED aromasin
So pretty basic but I feel and perform great with testosterone alone.

Today I weighed at 84.55kg

Dropping 2kg in a week shows you’re dialed in, and those macros are set up smart with the high carb refeed day keeping fullness while cutting down. Test at 1g with 5iu gh is plenty to hold size, and aromasin daily keeps e2 under control on that run. Big credit to you for keeping strength while leaning out, 84kg and tightening up already will set you up to look peeled by December. :D

a gram of test is solid. 10mgs aromasin is a solid dose too. should be a nice balance there and you can always adjust as you go! @electus

I decided to not going on low dose and keep pushing the fat loss, I decided I'll add 20mg of anavar pre sub lingual 45min pre workout.
Let's see how things go from here on with the added anavar.
