Yeah bro that’s why I did hammer curl,cross body hammer curl, and ez bar reverse curl 2 days ago and today just finish off the long head @rizzlekdizzle I ordered bpc-157 from PSL and it should be here next week. Hopefully it helpsoh dang - that happened to me a while back with my TFCC - I found I could sitll use a hammer grip but yeah supination sucked big time. E-Z curl bar was ok becasue that wasn't full supination. But the biceps also get a good workout during most back days too

First work the plunger a few times before you in the vial.. usually I find I need to draw and push back in once or twice til I get an air free syringe.
