Funny that you're Thai but eating Japanese curry. Thailand has so many different types of curry and they're all good. Thai curry is one of my faves. The coconut milk makes it so good

Why only brachialis and forearm focus? You could add some bis in there too and make it a bigger day.

@Pat7x That's a nice bunch of exercises. Keeping things very simple. It's a light workout, but it's better than sitting on the couch.

Seated hammer curl and easy bar reverse curl are good ones. not bad at all on this training. I wouldn't say it's too light, but I would add a couple more sets on the next workout.@Pat7x

Bros. I like this workout routine. You keeping things simple. @Pat7x No need to overcomplicate things. It worked out really good.

@Pat7x simple training three exercises. Nothing wrong with that at all. It's a great little way to get in a good workout.

I got an assumption about how did my strength dropped, I changed my diet for breakfast since last Thursday. I usually do 2 scoops of whey and 2 bagels+creamcheese, since Thursday i still do 2 scoops of whey but i removed bagels and creamcheese and substitute with homestyle potatoes in the cafeteria at work. I will add bagels and creamcheese back in to my diet and see if my strength will come back.

Now I see this it tells me more about your situation @Pat7x IMO you're overtraining
you need to be doing more like 12-14 sets max

Alot of carbs in bagels - probably fuelling more than you think

oh dang - that happened to me a while back with my TFCC - I found I could sitll use a hammer grip but yeah supination sucked big time. E-Z curl bar was ok becasue that wasn't full supination. But the biceps also get a good workout during most back days too

Yeah bro that’s why I did hammer curl,cross body hammer curl, and ez bar reverse curl 2 days ago and today just finish off the long head @rizzlekdizzle I ordered bpc-157 from PSL and it should be here next week. Hopefully it helps

Perfect. It works best when ran over long periods and brother to help you out add collagen peptide powder. Give the body the materials to add to the scaffolding the peptides help build.

For peptides cold is good (even if frozen one time), and hot is bad. You're good. Nice touchdown.

A lot of the biggest bench pressers in the world say you need to back off bench pressing when you hit a plateau and focus more on other movements. Hitting more lats, tris, and press variationa like cable crossovers.

I did that back in the day to get over plateaus and it helped a lot actually

Rep variation is good too so you're on the right track

First day of BPC-157, why is it so hard to eliminate an air bubble in the syringe for peptides? @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy @BeMe
First work the plunger a few times before you in the vial.. usually I find I need to draw and push back in once or twice til I get an air free syringe. Almost never happens on the first pull.

Sometimes I find drawing hard and fast helps too
