I had a neighbor do this on a big hill into the river. It was semi permanent though. And then they took it down. I bet someone got hurt hahaha. It had a big ramp so the bottom

Thanks for posting the macros bro that's about as good a profile as you get I'm a big fan of ON protein whey isolate. Go two scoops post those workouts with your size and density.

There is about 30 different ab exercises all up you can always tailor them to suit you aswell,you don't have to full send it

It may seem weird at the start I was self conscious but in the end screw what people think that's why they don't have abs

@rizzlekdizzle for lower abs I really like reverse crunches - lay down on a bench and just use slow controlled motion, really squeeze the lower abs - and truly the ab wheel is amazing for building strength in all of your core

No, I have been doing them fasted for a while, what would you suggest? I don’t ever really feel low on energy though.

If your good your good, I just find 40g of dextrose/maltodextrin helpful pre training for pumps and strength

Yeah I train at 430am so normally always fasted except some carbs in my workout drink. Have wondered if I'd benefit from eating something small like rice cakes and honey (seems to be popular) beforehand.
Thats not fasted then 🤣🤣 you would benefit from more if your not fasted.
If im doing a fasted workout ill start out with 10mins of zone 2 cardio get the fat burning for energy, can't go faster or you'll burn out

6'3" - took a long time to get those long arms to look like they had muscle on em!
