lets update training i did chest and cardio and core the last 2 days i stayed light weight on my chest weights since last week. i pumped out more controlled slow reps to failure. I literally droped weight to half of what i can normally push and man the pump still felt good. Trying not to agrivate my pek.

so this week i decided to try out a different gym i heard big things from my local gym bros and in ways it was impressive and in others it was disappointing. So i thought id try out the biggest gym in australia yes it was big but it was filthy the toilets were like a new years night in the city. Alot of equipment broken and rubbish everywhere. But in saying that the atmosphere being around so many people was very motivating i found myself doing my routine with ease. Was like a day club lol

@FluffyBunny that is one thing that I really recommend for people, especially if your workouts start getting boring or stale. Trying a new gym is really cool because a lot of gyms do a bad job of changing things up so it's good to try a new gym and a new environment sometimes.

3x heavy compound movements on each day for lower and upper body.
wednesday was shoulders with some lower back work
i hit my pb on bulgarian squats i dropped to lower reps and found i had the energy and power to push heavy pump video for authenticty and accountabilty. legs looking more thick
I dropped weight on leg press as i was having lower back problems im going to save up for a good belt. Until then ill stay at safer weight range.
my pek is still so so its a weird one some days its all good others i can feel it getting agrivated..

I noticed weight wise you have small jumps between your first few sets but then a big jump to the final set (eg the hack squats 80 then 150). You don't feel better with a lower jump to the top set?

hey brothers today Aussie day! was leg split with shoulders routine with daddy cardio chores ie washing in-between compound movements. ie drying.
today I worked on hack squats, switched to shoulder press then back to legg press then back to rear delt flys legs were definitely feeling sore today so the sit down upper body compound movements worked in well. No PBS were broken this week concentrated on form and reps.

Hey bros tuesday was Legs split up with shoulders. Smashed the leg extension to start my session whole stack felt light today. Just did it for the pump. Once my legs were pumped i went into my shoulder super set routine. Once the shoulders were pumped i went back to hamstrings on leg curls got some good weight and reps in today. After that i done some rope face pulls and i was cooked. Took the family out for some swimming at the pools for some daddy cardio for 1 hour.
