Been using SLU-PP-332, 500mcg x 3 times a day from @UGL OZ. For a few weeks now. Been giving that extra energy through the day. In will be put on the UGLOZ shortly hoping.

When, i look back over transformation. I amaze myself. The amount of tissue i put on from the age of 47 is mind blowing.

Sometimes i think where i could have gone in the competitive world had started in my mid 20's. Might of had a reasonable pro carrier

I'm a super hard gainer and seeing what you did from 47 to now shows that you woulda been Kevin Levrone freaky had you started in your 20's. It's mind boggling.

Bros, I want me some grapes. You know we got grapes too over here in South Cali. We grow a lot of them. We have big wine industry @Pigsy
Where i am, it both eating and wine region. Many wineries, distillaries, breweries, choc factories. Close to city so lots of tourists
 
Seems like a bit of a waste to grow all those grapes and then just leave them in a box like that. Do you plan on eating them or is this all for show? @Pigsy

@Pigsy do you do all the work yourself or do you have workers that you bring in to help you with the grades? That seems like a lot of work for one person.
I have some family members help, when harvesting. It school holidays, so earn some pocket money
 
Got lol at the guys offering suggestions as to how to run Pigsy's business. He's been doing it years and well.
All fun brother, use as much mechanical machines to make it easy. To do as much can myself. Harvest time and bunch trimming only time need extra help

Happy to announce that I'm now @UGL OZ sponsored Athlete. This log will be to the lead up to IFBB pro league season C 2026.

My train will be a 4 training days, 1 rest day, repeat. PULL, PUSH, LEGS, ABS and CALVES.

Diet will be Carb Cycling. Protein will be 330g, fat 60g and Carbs will be high for 1 day 2 medium days and 3 low days. High day 3400 calories, medium days 2900, low days 2400.

The shirts are awesome as usual. Getting a great bit of training in with pulling in the crop. Lot of work brother 🩵
 
Harvest is in full swing. Been good year so far. Getting my training in morning session at 4am before sunrise.

Leg day

Adductors x 2 sets 15 reps

Laying leg curls. x 2 sets 15 reps.

Hack Squats x 2 sets 12 reps last set cluster

Leg press x 2 sets 12 reps last set a cluster

Pendulum squat x 2 sets 15 reps

Seated leg curls x 2 sets 15 reps last set drop

Leg extension x 2 sets 15 resps last set drop

Removed 1 set of each movement to fit into my training time frame.
