Day 62 Lean Build Phase

Arrived home late last night and haven’t wasted any time picking up where I left off a few weeks ago. Was expecting to be away longer than I was but will need to return in April to finalise some things..

Back on diet. Back on all supps / PEDs. Back on training program.

Successfully managed to maintain a decent level of conditioning and size while away, but did have key supps with me so that definitely help, albeit training / nutrition inconsistencies for the last month.

Straight in to a massive back and biceps session early this morning. Struggled to sleep with some jet lag so was in and out before wife and kids even woke up.

Focus this week will be diet. Getting back into the routine of preparing meals, measuring portions and ensuring all macros are met. In addition, sleep will be key. Need to get over jet lag quickly so focus on sleep hygiene important.

Physique Update Attached. Size gained. Still lean. Bloods in good shape. No excuses - time to push and push hard 🔥🔥

Day 63 Lean Build Phase

End of week check in with coach - all in all, very happy where we currently considering the 4 week disruption to our momentum.

Ultimately plan will be to sit tight this week. No change to nutrition, training or supps while we capitalise on the current phase and associated gains.

Training has been 💯, albeit slightly inconsistent while overseas. We continue to progress and perform with intensity and intent. Each and every session has seen an increase in load, reps or both. And today’s leg season was no exception.

Nutrition will dial in again this week whilst we pick up some data on where we are at right now. We lost a few weeks of tracking and data while I was away but physique suggest my nutrition based on common sense and general awareness of the nutritional value of food selection paid dividends overseas.

Put together some side-by-sides, approx 7 weeks apart which are a good indication that clean growth has occurred with minimal fat gain during this period. Successful start to the build phase.

Conversations this morning suggest that we’ll push the build as long as possible provided we stay healthy. Last set of bloods gave us some licence to push little harder, however will keep in the back pocket for now as we believe we still have plenty of gain available without significant adjustments or modification to compounds / dosages.. although it is likely we’ll be playing with nandrolone, EQ, mast and tren over various times throughout the next 12 months - my team @shadow labs has me covered here recently adding NPP 150mg, Deca 300mg, Tren A 100mg and Tren E 200mg to their menu (all with hplc testing results) 🔥🔥🔥

Sunday is a Great day for a session. No work, so I take my time and actually enjoy it (opposed to rushing to finish to get to work!)

However got stuck with the baby this morning and got to gym later than usual. Too f**n busy for me 😂 😂

Day 66 Lean Build Phase

Build phase starting to get fun now!!! Slowly getting over the fact I’m no longer diced and cut all over and enjoying the look and feel of the thickness and fullness the body has off organically morphed into whilst still lean enough to turn some heads in the gym 🔥🔥

Energy, Mood, strength, sleep & libido all firing on 8 cylinders which is a great indication of health and that the body is crusing along, grabbing gains weekly and still have another gear to turn if and when required!

Nice little shoulders and arms pump this morning (@R.AP check out breakdown below as promised brother !!) Was still a great session however with all the positives noted above, Probably not at the intensity I’d like or have been working at for the past couple weeks.

Felt little off but was still 9/10 and got the work in. Few long days between work and family commitments perhaps playing a role. Was more mental than physical.

But. Generally loads / reps progressed up so in hindsight, a win this morning 🏆🏆. 90kg x 6 on the incline close grip (up from 80kg last week which was my starting point but moved way too easy!)

Rest / Recover and get ready for 2nd leg season tomorrow 💪💪

Sleep has significantly improved! Have now had few solid nights sleep (6-7 hours deep) without any sleep assist medication to which awesome!

Day 66 Lean Build Phase

Build phase starting to get fun now!!! Slowly getting over the fact I’m no longer diced and cut all over and enjoying the look and feel of the thickness and fullness the body has off organically morphed into whilst still lean enough to turn some heads in the gym 🔥🔥

Energy, Mood, strength, sleep & libido all firing on 8 cylinders which is a great indication of health and that the body is crusing along, grabbing gains weekly and still have another gear to turn if and when required!

Nice little shoulders and arms pump this morning (@R.AP check out breakdown below as promised brother !!) Was still a great session however with all the positives noted above, Probably not at the intensity I’d like or have been working at for the past couple weeks.

Felt little off but was still 9/10 and got the work in. Few long days between work and family commitments perhaps playing a role. Was more mental than physical.

But. Generally loads / reps progressed up so in hindsight, a win this morning 🏆🏆. 90kg x 6 on the incline close grip (up from 80kg last week which was my starting point but moved way too easy!)

Rest / Recover and get ready for 2nd leg season tomorrow 💪💪

Sleep has significantly improved! Have now had few solid nights sleep (6-7 hours deep) without any sleep assist medication to which awesome!

Day 69 Lean Build Phase

Last weekend of current training block! Check in tomorrow with coach and will have some transparency on next block of our build phase and any nutrition/training adjustments.

Weight continues to creep up, even on such a small surplus, but water retention appears under control (some ankle lower leg pitting from GH) otherwise physique is responding very well to current stack and dosages. We continue to bank the gains and enjoy the energy to push in the gym and see the strength increase week in week out.

Some PIP in left shoulder. Entire upper arm is inflamed - very little vascularity and muscle definition observed today and delt is sore. Has been sore for a couple days - however first time I noticed the inflammation was this morning.. just something else to monitor. No infection signs present

Some feedback on how I’ve been feeling outside of the training / nutrition side of things:

Mood - 8/10. Much better. Still little irritable late afternoon / evenings when tiredness kicks in from the long day. Trying to manage and not direct to wife and kids (😂 easier said than done)

Libido 8/10 - need some time to see the wife to check 😂 😂 but the morning “wood” is a good sign!

Day 69 Lean Build Phase

Last weekend of current training block! Check in tomorrow with coach and will have some transparency on next block of our build phase and any nutrition/training adjustments.

Weight continues to creep up, even on such a small surplus, but water retention appears under control (some ankle lower leg pitting from GH) otherwise physique is responding very well to current stack and dosages. We continue to bank the gains and enjoy the energy to push in the gym and see the strength increase week in week out.

Some PIP in left shoulder. Entire upper arm is inflamed - very little vascularity and muscle definition observed today and delt is sore. Has been sore for a couple days - however first time I noticed the inflammation was this morning.. just something else to monitor. No infection signs present

Some feedback on how I’ve been feeling outside of the training / nutrition side of things:

Mood - 8/10. Much better. Still little irritable late afternoon / evenings when tiredness kicks in from the long day. Trying to manage and not direct to wife and kids (😂 easier said than done)

Sleep 8/10. So much better!!

Libido 8/10 - need some time to see the wife to check 😂 😂 but the morning “wood” is a good sign!

Energy 9/10

Recovery- 9/10.

Hunger / appetite 8/10 - generally under control. Few cravings. Free meal likely needed for mental relief! But I can’t always eat

Question for the EVO family - what is your preferred look? After a cut, diced and sliced? Or during a bulk? Thick and monstrous 🦍🦍🦍??
The early part of a surplus phase is my favourite look for sure, fullness from the extra carbs, but still lean.

Day 71 Lean Build Phase

Positive weekly check in with coach yesterday. Although average scale weight increased by 800grams, body analysis suggested nothing to be concerned about. But, also means no adjustments to nutrition this week and we continue to bank the gains cautious of any unwanted fat accumulation.

Gym performances and progressions continue to be a highlight of the past 4 weeks 🔥🔥 So we’ve adjusted some exercises to change stimulus but retained the current 6 day split as body is feeling and responding excellent

No timeframe set just yet but it will be well be wrapping up the current cycle / course and regressing to a test only / recovery block for a period of time before moving into phase 2 of the build over our Aussie winter. Next course which will likely include a test / primo / Deca stack - being new to PEDs, very excited to jump on some new supplements and start to collecting some data on how my individual response is to certain compu and build my list of preference for future cycles

Public holiday here this morning. Took my time and enjoyed a massive leg session, playing with some new exercises and feeling out reps/load for the block to come!!

Holding a little water but no effect on BP or performance generally. Otherwise feeling really good, sleeping well and smashing out each session with purpose and intent.

Definitely shifting along solid now. Lucky I got my coach next to me to keep my head down and focused on the plan. If i was riding solo would of probably been jumping on a cut already and freaking out at the continued movement of the scales 😂 😂

Day 71 Lean Build Phase

Positive weekly check in with coach yesterday. Although average scale weight increased by 800grams, body analysis suggested nothing to be concerned about. But, also means no adjustments to nutrition this week and we continue to bank the gains cautious of any unwanted fat accumulation.

Gym performances and progressions continue to be a highlight of the past 4 weeks 🔥🔥 So we’ve adjusted some exercises to change stimulus but retained the current 6 day split as body is feeling and responding excellent

No timeframe set just yet but it will be well be wrapping up the current cycle / course and regressing to a test only / recovery block for a period of time before moving into phase 2 of the build over our Aussie winter. Next course which will likely include a test / primo / Deca stack - being new to PEDs, very excited to jump on some new supplements and start to collecting some data on how my individual response is to certain compu and build my list of preference for future cycles

Public holiday here this morning. Took my time and enjoyed a massive leg session, playing with some new exercises and feeling out reps/load for the block to come!!

Holding a little water but no effect on BP or performance generally. Otherwise feeling really good, sleeping well and smashing out each session with purpose and intent.

Day 73 Lean Build Phase

Very little to update today, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Things are tracking really good.

Nutrition, training, recovery and health are all ticking the right boxes and in a good place right now✅✅.

Progressing weekly. Weight increasing at a rate faster than expected however, there appears to be only a modest accumulation of body fat, and still within an acceptable range. So really banking all the gains I can right now at still such at minimal dose of PEDs. My individual response has been excellent to current T:M ratio considering little to no sides. 🔥

Winning. Defiantly Winning. 🏆🏆

Right now - We set and forget until progress stalls and adjustments are required. I have been finding my self craving something delicious and picking at the kids food / snacks here and there. Time for a free meal i think to mentally reset. Perhaps a Pizza or big bowl of pasta and some ice cream this Friday night after a massive leg day(?) :unsure:

New record high on scales this morning - My physique is defiantly at its biggest, leanest and fullest I've ever been, although i think my personal preference is to be leaner than i am at the moment. But, i need to trust the process! I am still learning / trying to accept that in this game we call body building, you won't / can't always look your best. There will always be times where you're smaller, weaker, leaner, bigger, fuller or carrying more body fat. We cannot always be at our leanest, biggest and strongest at the same time or forever.

This lifestyle requires more than discipline. It required humility, patience and a genuine love for the process. If you are only chasing the end results, you likely wont last long enough to ever reach it.

Day 73 Lean Build Phase

Very little to update today, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Things are tracking really good.

Nutrition, training, recovery and health are all ticking the right boxes and in a good place right now✅✅.

Progressing weekly. Weight increasing at a rate faster than expected however, there appears to be only a modest accumulation of body fat, and still within an acceptable range. So really banking all the gains I can right now at still such at minimal dose of PEDs. My individual response has been excellent to current T:M ratio considering little to no sides. 🔥

Winning. Defiantly Winning. 🏆🏆

Right now - We set and forget until progress stalls and adjustments are required. I have been finding my self craving something delicious and picking at the kids food / snacks here and there. Time for a free meal i think to mentally reset. Perhaps a Pizza or big bowl of pasta and some ice cream this Friday night after a massive leg day(?) :unsure:

New record high on scales this morning - My physique is defiantly at its biggest, leanest and fullest I've ever been, although i think my personal preference is to be leaner than i am at the moment. But, i need to trust the process! I am still learning / trying to accept that in this game we call body building, you won't / can't always look your best. There will always be times where you're smaller, weaker, leaner, bigger, fuller or carrying more body fat. We cannot always be at our leanest, biggest and strongest at the same time or forever.

This lifestyle requires more than discipline. It required humility, patience and a genuine love for the process. If you are only chasing the end results, you likely wont last long enough to ever reach it.
