Update
Day 66 Lean Build Phase
Build phase starting to get fun now!!! Slowly getting over the fact I’m no longer diced and cut all over and enjoying the look and feel of the thickness and fullness the body has off organically morphed into whilst still lean enough to turn some heads in the gym

Energy, Mood, strength, sleep & libido all firing on 8 cylinders which is a great indication of health and that the body is crusing along, grabbing gains weekly and still have another gear to turn if and when required!

@R.AP check out breakdown below as promised brother !!) Was still a great session however with all the positives noted above, Probably not at the intensity I’d like or have been working at for the past couple weeks.
Felt little off but was still 9/10 and got the work in. Few long days between work and family commitments perhaps playing a role. Was more mental than physical.
But. Generally loads / reps progressed up so in hindsight, a win this morning


. 90kg x 6 on the incline close grip (up from 80kg last week which was my starting point but moved way too easy!)

Sleep has significantly improved! Have now had few solid nights sleep (6-7 hours deep) without any sleep assist medication to which awesome!
