INTRODUCTORY LOG – Repping @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep - the best gear in the game
Hello everyone!I appreciate being here and looking forward to contributing, learning, and documenting the next phases of this long off-season into my show next year. I am incredibly grateful to be looked after by the team at @Raptor Labs, seriously unparalleled level of support from not just the perspective of the extremely high level of gear quality and quantity given to athletes to be their best but the support from @Raptor Rep and the whole sponsored team has just been absolutely insane. Unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to be able to log for them and show off the progress that is only possible with their goodies in the bag! Since moving over to using only their products this time last year, the progress has been absolutely ballistic.
Who I Am
I’m a full-time online bodybuilding coach in my mid/late 20s, I've been training since 2014 and taking bodybuilding seriously since around 2018. I’ve coached since 2021, filling my roster to be now running my own business full time since the middle of 2024.I first competed end of 2018 as a natural where I then had an extended offseason and moved into some mild enhancement before pushing harder into my first enhanced prep in 2022, I placed well but had to take an extended break from the stage after that where I spent 6 months of 2023 basically unable to train and just running very low dosage TRT (100mg test) and when I was in a better position mentally at the end of October in 2023 I spent the next 18 months rebuilding. My last prep ran from May 2025 to when I competed in September, and I’ve since transitioned into a long, structured growth phase before aiming to compete again for Season A of 2027.
Off-Season Summary Before This Cruise
Oct 2023 bodyweight: 111 kgPeak 1st off-season bodyweight (Jan 2025): 141.1 kg fasted
Prep lowest bodyweight August: 110.8kg
Competed in September: 114.2kg
Current fasted bodyweight: 133.6 kg
Across the past 12+ months, I pushed the biggest drug load and food intake I’ve ever used, peaking above 2.7g of anabolics and over 7,600 calories at peak in March of 2025 prior to commencing prep, I ended my prep at around 2,600 average kcal undulating across the week and at about 2.4g total of injectables and orals. This reverse/push out of show was approached much more slowly with increases in food and drug load under the nutrition guidance of a new coach with food being escalated much more slowly alongside drug load. Keeping healthier as well post show and managing all variables with nutrition, hydration and electrolytes and supplementation has maintained a much healthier and more responsive physique.
PED History (Previous Blast)
Prior to pulling down to cruise, the peak blast was (odd dosing numbers due to ED injection frequency):- 787 mg Testosterone
- 1050 mg Equipoise
- 350 mg Primobolan
- 4 IU GH AM (down from 8 during as bodyweight went up neuropathy got bad)
- Aromasin 12.5–25 mg daily depending on control
- Various supportive peptides used in mesocycles (MOTS-c, BPC, TB500, injectable glutathione, etc.)
Current Phase — Week 2 of Cruise (Off-Season Week 24)
This is a completely new log, so here’s exactly where things stand now.Bodyweight:
133.6 kg fasted this week.General State:
Feeling genuinely solid coming off the blast. Obviously androgen saturation is still high, but mentally and physically I’m in a really good place. Training is consistent — a couple lifts didn’t progress this week, but honestly that lined up exactly with a few nights of average sleep rather than any drop in drive or output.Current PED Protocol (Cruise)
All pulled back to:- 300 mg Testosterone weekly
(Haven’t cruised this high before without heavy AI support — curious to see how I respond after long-term high-test exposure. Still running 12.5 mg Aromasin ED for now.)
- 4 IU GH AM
- MOTS-c 1mg
- 8 IU Novorapid pre-training (5 min pre)
- Reduce systemic inflammation
- Improve mitochondrial efficiency
- Restore insulin sensitivity
- Maintain as much training performance as possible
- Set up a strong runway into the next escalation block in ~6 weeks
- GW501516 (5–10 mg/day) to bring HDL up quickly — this was one of the few more urgent markers to address on the recent blood panel.
Bloodwork (Peak Off-Season Panel)
Bloods were drawn two weeks ago while still on peak blast.Considering:
- 12+ months of continuous blasting
- The highest drug load I’ve ever run
- Pushing bodyweight into the 140s
- Prep → offseason transition with zero real downtime
A few markers definitely need attention — primarily HDL at 0.56 (although non HDL cholesterol was only at 2.44 so overall still decent) and CRP at 6.2 — but overall this is the cleanest panel I’ve had at any level let alone this level of exposure.
Better diet quality, blood pressure control, glucose management, and periodically cycling peptides like MOTS-c, BPC/TB500, glutathione, etc., may have been an element to why they are the way they are.
Nutrition (Current)
Training Days- 5445 kcal
- 285 g protein
- 930 g carbs
- 65 g fat
- 4605 kcal
- 285 g protein
- 720 g carbs
- 65 g fat
Training Structure
Currently 47 sets/week.Delts and triceps are receiving the most frequency and volume — both are low-fatigue muscle groups for me, and both are areas I want to prioritise before the next push.
Weekly Split:
Mon: Triceps & Legs
Tue: Upper (Delts emphasis, plus biceps & traps)
Wed: Rest
Thu: Posterior (Triceps, Back & Hamstrings)
Fri: Upper (Chest & Delts focus)
Sat: Arms
Sun: Rest
Training feels extremely consistent — performance is holding nicely despite the drop in androgen load.
Current Position & Next Steps
Right now I’m in a very good place:- Strength stable
- Appetite high
- Sleep mostly good
- Physique holding shape well on lowered drug load
- Bloods surprisingly solid considering the progression run behind me
The objective is simple:
Keep cleaning up internally, maintain output, and enter the next blast primed to grow.
Big year ahead — let’s see what we can build. Here are a bunch of photos, ones from my current physique at 133.6 as of last check ins and then some from around competition time and one gym selfie from last week too!
