INTRODUCTORY LOG – Repping @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep - the best gear in the game

Hello everyone!
I appreciate being here and looking forward to contributing, learning, and documenting the next phases of this long off-season into my show next year. I am incredibly grateful to be looked after by the team at @Raptor Labs, seriously unparalleled level of support from not just the perspective of the extremely high level of gear quality and quantity given to athletes to be their best but the support from @Raptor Rep and the whole sponsored team has just been absolutely insane. Unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to be able to log for them and show off the progress that is only possible with their goodies in the bag! Since moving over to using only their products this time last year, the progress has been absolutely ballistic.

Who I Am

I’m a full-time online bodybuilding coach in my mid/late 20s, I've been training since 2014 and taking bodybuilding seriously since around 2018. I’ve coached since 2021, filling my roster to be now running my own business full time since the middle of 2024.

I first competed end of 2018 as a natural where I then had an extended offseason and moved into some mild enhancement before pushing harder into my first enhanced prep in 2022, I placed well but had to take an extended break from the stage after that where I spent 6 months of 2023 basically unable to train and just running very low dosage TRT (100mg test) and when I was in a better position mentally at the end of October in 2023 I spent the next 18 months rebuilding. My last prep ran from May 2025 to when I competed in September, and I’ve since transitioned into a long, structured growth phase before aiming to compete again for Season A of 2027.

Off-Season Summary Before This Cruise

Oct 2023 bodyweight: 111 kg
Peak 1st off-season bodyweight (Jan 2025): 141.1 kg fasted
Prep lowest bodyweight August: 110.8kg
Competed in September: 114.2kg
Current fasted bodyweight: 133.6 kg

Across the past 12+ months, I pushed the biggest drug load and food intake I’ve ever used, peaking above 2.7g of anabolics and over 7,600 calories at peak in March of 2025 prior to commencing prep, I ended my prep at around 2,600 average kcal undulating across the week and at about 2.4g total of injectables and orals. This reverse/push out of show was approached much more slowly with increases in food and drug load under the nutrition guidance of a new coach with food being escalated much more slowly alongside drug load. Keeping healthier as well post show and managing all variables with nutrition, hydration and electrolytes and supplementation has maintained a much healthier and more responsive physique.

PED History (Previous Blast)

Prior to pulling down to cruise, the peak blast was (odd dosing numbers due to ED injection frequency):

  • 787 mg Testosterone

  • 1050 mg Equipoise

  • 350 mg Primobolan

  • 4 IU GH AM (down from 8 during as bodyweight went up neuropathy got bad)

  • Aromasin 12.5–25 mg daily depending on control

  • Various supportive peptides used in mesocycles (MOTS-c, BPC, TB500, injectable glutathione, etc.)
Insulin protocols have rotated throughout the off-season: Lantus AM and rapid insulin pre-training during the aggressive push phases.

Current Phase — Week 2 of Cruise (Off-Season Week 24)

This is a completely new log, so here’s exactly where things stand now.

Bodyweight:

133.6 kg fasted this week.

General State:

Feeling genuinely solid coming off the blast. Obviously androgen saturation is still high, but mentally and physically I’m in a really good place. Training is consistent — a couple lifts didn’t progress this week, but honestly that lined up exactly with a few nights of average sleep rather than any drop in drive or output.

Current PED Protocol (Cruise)

All pulled back to:

  • 300 mg Testosterone weekly
(Haven’t cruised this high before without heavy AI support — curious to see how I respond after long-term high-test exposure. Still running 12.5 mg Aromasin ED for now.)

  • 4 IU GH AM

  • MOTS-c 1mg

  • 8 IU Novorapid pre-training (5 min pre)
Purpose for this cruise:

  • Reduce systemic inflammation

  • Improve mitochondrial efficiency

  • Restore insulin sensitivity

  • Maintain as much training performance as possible

  • Set up a strong runway into the next escalation block in ~6 weeks
Likely additions:

  • GW501516 (5–10 mg/day) to bring HDL up quickly — this was one of the few more urgent markers to address on the recent blood panel.

Bloodwork (Peak Off-Season Panel)

Bloods were drawn two weeks ago while still on peak blast.

Considering:

  • 12+ months of continuous blasting

  • The highest drug load I’ve ever run

  • Pushing bodyweight into the 140s

  • Prep → offseason transition with zero real downtime
The results were surprisingly good.
A few markers definitely need attention — primarily HDL at 0.56 (although non HDL cholesterol was only at 2.44 so overall still decent) and CRP at 6.2 — but overall this is the cleanest panel I’ve had at any level let alone this level of exposure.

Better diet quality, blood pressure control, glucose management, and periodically cycling peptides like MOTS-c, BPC/TB500, glutathione, etc., may have been an element to why they are the way they are.

Nutrition (Current)

Training Days
  • 5445 kcal

  • 285 g protein

  • 930 g carbs

  • 65 g fat
Rest Days
  • 4605 kcal

  • 285 g protein

  • 720 g carbs

  • 65 g fat
Food is holding perfectly. Hunger is high, digestion is smooth, and output in training is still sharp enough to justify keeping intake as is during the cruise.

Training Structure

Currently 47 sets/week.
Delts and triceps are receiving the most frequency and volume — both are low-fatigue muscle groups for me, and both are areas I want to prioritise before the next push.

Weekly Split:
Mon: Triceps & Legs
Tue: Upper (Delts emphasis, plus biceps & traps)
Wed: Rest
Thu: Posterior (Triceps, Back & Hamstrings)
Fri: Upper (Chest & Delts focus)
Sat: Arms
Sun: Rest

Training feels extremely consistent — performance is holding nicely despite the drop in androgen load.

Current Position & Next Steps

Right now I’m in a very good place:

  • Strength stable

  • Appetite high

  • Sleep mostly good

  • Physique holding shape well on lowered drug load

  • Bloods surprisingly solid considering the progression run behind me
This cruise will run for ~6 weeks before the next major escalation, where we’ll be pushing aggressively into the final growth phase before prep begins in November/December for Season A 2027.

The objective is simple:
Keep cleaning up internally, maintain output, and enter the next blast primed to grow.

Big year ahead — let’s see what we can build. Here are a bunch of photos, ones from my current physique at 133.6 as of last check ins and then some from around competition time and one gym selfie from last week too!

@BigPassiveHulk always good to see a serious bodybuilder put up a log. It's a great opportunity for people to really pick your brain and learn your likes and dislikes. It's going to be exciting.

That's some good alpha training right there. I like how you only rest twice a week and I like the split routine, the way you highlight different muscles on different days. @BigPassiveHulk that's a solid way to train.

@BigPassiveHulk Bros, you look like a champion already. I bet you that you could end up at the Mr. Olympia. You are that talented and that dedicated. I love your training set up and I love what your goals are. Hell yeah, looking really strong.

That's some good alpha training right there. I like how you only rest twice a week and I like the split routine, the way you highlight different muscles on different days. @BigPassiveHulk that's a solid way to train.
Thank you brother, frequency is king in my opinion, just have to manage recoverability as the loads used are heavy!

@BigPassiveHulk Bros, you look like a champion already. I bet you that you could end up at the Mr. Olympia. You are that talented and that dedicated. I love your training set up and I love what your goals are. Hell yeah, looking really strong.

Peak Offseason Bloodwork Panel Update

Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

So, this is the bloodwork I pulled 2.5 weeks ago while still on peak blast:

Test E: 787 mg
• EQ: 1050 mg
• Primobolan: 350 mg
• GH: 4 IU AM
• Aromasin: 12.5–25 mg/day

Coming off 12+ months of blasting, with periods peaking above 2.7 g total AAS, excluding the two weeks post-show where we briefly pulled back. Considering all of the circumstances surrounding my year of use, these bloods honestly really surprised me.
Yes — a lot is in the red, and there are a couple things that need to be addressed immediately:

• HDL: 0.56
• CRP: 6.2
• E2: 49

…but for this level of exposure, both in duration and mg load, alongside current bodyweight, these are hands down the best peak-blast labs I’ve ever returned. Cleaner diet structure, tighter BP and glucose control, and staying on top of cardiovascular work has paid off. For reference I am extremely sensitive to E2 conversion but have never run EQ this high before so I will be adjusting the ratios next push and driving 1:1.5 EQ - Test to drive more aromatisation to estrogen and fix up some of the mental sides I experienced last push.

Potential Impact of Additional Support Compounds

I genuinely wonder how much the improvements in:

• oxidative stress reduction
• mitochondrial efficiency
• systemic inflammation control

are due to periodic use of:

MOTS-c
• Retatrutide
• Injectable Glutathione
• BPC-157
• TB-500

These play a much bigger role than most think in my opinion. They’re obviously only a part of the bigger picture of harm reduction strategies in place but regardless, the outcome is what matters and I’m extremely happy with where things have landed.

Next Steps

We’re doing a short cruise now, then ramping aggressively again in ~6 weeks to maximise the next 6 months of growth heading into prep.
The goal is still the same:

• Season A 2027 → States → Nationals

• Bring a package 10+ kg heavier than last stage showing and much improved

• An achievable goal I think given the level of progress achieved in just the last 6 months

All in all, pretty happy with how the body has held up under pressure, and keen as for what’s coming next.

@BigPassiveHulk very nice start to the log. Man you have an incredible physique.

that is what it’s all about
100% bro

ill put money on you being 12kg up next time around, got a good feeling
I will do my absolute best to make sure you win that bet 🙏

You're going to get more chiseled than you can imagine, trust me.
This is true, next year I will be proper peeled onstage haha

Offseason Week 25 – Cruise Week 3

Bodyweight: 136.7 kg

My weight has jumped up a little this week following the addition of some extra insulin. I’m currently training around mid-morning, and tracking my blood glucose showed that I could comfortably get away with another dose of Novorapid with my pre-workout meal. I cluster roughly 600 g of my allocated carbohydrates in my peri-workout window, so there is plenty of room there to utilise more insulin safely.

So I introduced another 8 IU of Novorapid with my pre-workout meal, alongside the 8iu dose I already use pre-training. Combined with that, I had a couple of sodium-laden off-plan meals over the weekend (butter chicken with roti bread - it was so fkn good), which would also help drive the jump in scale weight.

At the moment I don’t add any sodium to my meals outside of what exists in the foods themselves. My carbohydrate sources are mostly slightly processed (bread, cereal etc) foods and already contain some sodium, and with growth hormone and insulin accelerating sodium re-uptake in the kidneys, plus my history of elevated blood pressure at higher bodyweights, I gradually reduced added salt over time to help manage that.

So now when I do have an off-plan meal that contains a lot of sodium, I tend to hold a bit of water from it, which likely explains the quick weight increase this week as my body tends to really swell up with high sodium. All things considered though, I think the look is still pretty damn good. I’m not overly fussed about the scale weight and expect a portion of that fluid to wash away again this week as things settle back into routine.

What I will note is that the additional insulin has definitely helped training, and fullness is noticeably up again. For three weeks into a cruise on only 300 mg of testosterone, I’m honestly very happy with the direction the physique is moving week to week. Training performance has still been progressing well, which is exactly what I wanted to see during this phase. Photos below of fasted 136.7kg check ins and 2 pics from today post training.

Nutrition is being held exactly the same again this week:

Training Days
  • 285 g protein
  • 930 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat
Rest Days
  • 285 g protein
  • 720 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat
The plan is likely to hold food here for the entire duration of the cruise. The goal is simply to maintain condition while androgen load is lower, before we escalate again in the next push phase.

Ideally we won’t need to push food any higher to maintain training performance. So far that seems to be working well — I’m still taking progressions where I can, and anything that isn’t progressing in load or reps is holding strong while rep quality continues improving, which I will happy to take as progress.

Of course brother, never gonna push things to where it's dangerous! I wouldn't be pushing gear this hard if my body couldn't handle it from a health perspective. Thank you my friend!

Offseason Week 26 – Cruise Week 4

Powered by @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight: 136.4 kg

Dropped a little bit of fluid this week with electrolytes and water intake being back consistent after the previous week. Weight has come down a smidgeon as a result.

Training has honestly held up really well. I’ve managed to maintain pretty much every lift this week and overall strength still feels good. Towards the back end of the week I have noticed a small drop in androgen drive though with just slightly less explosive power in the concentric portion of some reps. Athough, that’s come with a positive trade off of a better contraction sensation and mind muscle connection due to the mental drive required to hit the weights I am, so the quality of the reps has actually improved in many cases.

For the most part all lifts have been held, with a few small progressions here and there. A couple minor regressions popped up as well, but generally only on back off sets, which tells me some volume reduction fatigue management will probably need to come into play soon.

Training Considerations

I’m currently in the middle of organising a move interstate, so packing up the house has been soaking up a fair bit of time. Because of that I’m considering temporarily dropping down to 4 training days per week to free up an extra day on the weekend for check-ins and general odd jobs around the house preparing for the move so that will likely come in from next week.

For now though, five sessions at current volume still feels sustainable in the short term. Even though drug load is lower during the cruise, it’s still more than enough to maintain and potentially make small progressions, especially with the current nutrition setup and stack of peptides supporting recovery.

Nutrition

Food has been held exactly the same again this week, and will likely stay here for the remainder of the cruise.

Coach and I both feel the physique is sitting in a really good spot right now, and the goal is to maintain roughly this look for the rest of the cruise phase. That way when we push drug load back up again, the body will refill and push into what should hopefully be the fullest and heaviest look to date.

Macros remain:

Training Days
  • 285 g protein
  • 930 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat

Rest Days
  • 285 g protein
  • 720 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat

Supplementation Update

One small addition this week:

GW-501516 – 10 mg daily

This has been brought in primarily to drive HDL cholesterol up and give a small cardiovascular boost. I’m already running 80 mg Telmisartan, so there is some PPAR agonism happening there already, but I’ve previously seen very good results from GW in terms of improving HDL and helping to close the gap on non-HDL cholesterol markers.

We’ll run it alongside my current health supplementation and reassess everything when the next round of bloodwork is drawn in about three weeks.

Big thank you to the incredible crew at Raptor for sorting that one out so quickly.

Current Position

All in all, feeling really good.

Training is still very productive, recovery is pretty solid and the physique is holding well during the cruise. Keen for another rinse and repeat week, another opportunity to get better!

...although I am mighty fkn keen to get on some big numbers of @Raptor Labs fkn incredible gear and push this physique to a whole new level 😜

Really interested to see how the GW works on HDL - May look into that myself

Crazy size mate! Quads are massive!

you're massive :D love the size! @BigPassiveHulk you do look more tight and less water retention, much fuller though
i like cardarine way more than anything else, good cardio and lipid help

@BeMe @HarleyGuy @Allupfromhere @Pigsy @Dreamer @Freki
@waggat @Trenhead3cc @Kopite67 @codezz @Yuri @MarkNV @rizzlekdizzle @Grumpy
Thank you so much brother!! I am loving the look the insulin is bringing, I feel fuller than when I was on full blast in the gym tbh haha the pumps have been wonderful
I agree man, I am curious to see how 10mg goes, I've usually run 25mg in the past but it's been a long time and I was young and dumb so hoping 10mg alongside the fish oils, coq 10 and citrus bergamot it will bring that hdl up to where I want it!

Really interested to see how the GW works on HDL - May look into that myself
I will upload next round of bloods for assessment to see the impact it had, reta worked amazingly well for me with lipids too interestingly so will be interesting to compare the 2, I've only ever used GW with a couple clients and it's always worked very well at bringing HDL up even in hypocaloric states with low dietary fats

Beast looking huge
elite heavyweight right here!
Crazy size mate! Quads are massive!
Thank you legends! I appreciate the support heaps!

Push Day Training Update - Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Had a whopping push session yesterday. I came into it a little tired as sleep has been slightly disturbed most of this week, but once I got into the session everything actually felt really good.

I managed to take a few small progressions across several lifts, which honestly isn’t something I historically have been able to do during a cruise phase as previous coaches almost always pulled food away during. Normally my pressing strength is the first thing to drop off when androgen load comes down or during a deficit, so the fact that it’s generally holding, and even progressing occasionally, is a really good sign.

I think the combination of insulin, GH, potentially the recent addition of GW, alongside the current carbohydrate allocation around training, is holding my performance incredibly well.

If anything it makes me even more excited to begin the next push phase in a few weeks, because if performance is holding this well on a cruise then we should be in a very strong position once drug load is escalated again.

Warm-Up / Feeder Set Structure

Before my working sets I run 2–4 feeder sets, usually starting higher rep and gradually increasing load while dropping reps down until I get close to my top set weight.

I perform at least 1–2 feeder sets before every exercise, but if the muscle group has already been worked earlier in the session it’s usually just 1–2 reps to acclimate to the new movement pattern and get comfortable before pushing heavier loads.

All the sets listed below are working sets taken to failure.

Session

Pec Deck
124 × 14

Flat Pin Press
Full stack + 12.5 kg × 10
Full stack + 12.5 kg × 7

Dual Cable Lateral Raises
8.75 × 20
8.75 × 16

Pin Loaded Shoulder Press (Neutral Grip)
Full stack + 20 kg × 12

Dumbbell Lateral Raises
12 × 20
Rest 20 seconds
12 × 10
Drop set
6 × 14

Decline Large Cable Flyes (2 second hold in peak stretch)
21 × 15

Despite the slightly rough sleep leading into the session, performance held really well and contractile quality felt really high.

Exactly what I want to see during a cruise phase — maintaining strength, holding progression where possible, and keeping rep quality high across the board.

Offseason Week 27 – Cruise Week 5

Powered by @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight: 137.8 kg

General Overview

Had a phenomenal week of training. Strength and output were great across the board, even with a few personal stressors slightly impacting recovery.

With a busy month coming up, I’ve decided to pull training back to 4 days per week to better manage recovery and overall workload. This only started this week, so we’ll see how things track, but I think it will be a smart move given everything going on outside of the gym.

Coaching Check-In & Forward Plan

Caught up with coach on Wednesday and I ran through a lot of the planning for the upcoming push phase.

The rough outline for the next blast (pending how I tolerate everything) is:

  • Testosterone: aiming up toward 1500 mg
  • EQ: ~1000 mg
  • Deca: potentially ~500 mg
I’ve never pushed test past 800 mg before, so it’ll be really interesting to see how I respond. Realistically I may not be able to get all the way to 1500 mg, but that’s the ceiling we’re looking at for now.

The idea is that once we get past ~600 mg test, aromatisation doesn’t increase as linearly, so the goal is to take advantage of that and see how I (if I can) handle a much higher test base.

We’ve got 4 weeks left of the cruise, and the plan is to push straight back up to 800 mg test initially, similar to the last push, but with less EQ this time to allow estrogen to sit higher. Last setup had me at E2 of 49, which was too low, so we want to correct that straight out of the gate.

If everything runs smoothly and food stays relatively stable, I honestly think we can comfortably push toward 145 kg in very solid condition this next phase before prep starts at the end of this year.

Nutrition

No changes this week, food remains exactly the same and is doing the job perfectly.

Training Days

  • 285 g protein
  • 930 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat
Rest Days

  • 285 g protein
  • 720 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat

PED Adjustments

Small adjustment this week:

  • Novorapid increased to:
    • 10 IU with pre-workout meal
    • 10 IU pre-training
Blood glucose readings still show plenty of room to utilise more insulin safely.

I’m still not using any post-workout insulin, as even with 300+ g carbs post-training, my body just absolutely burns through it and within an hour to an hour and a half post prandial my BG is back down to around 5, so it doesn’t make sense to introduce it there at this stage.

Current Position and Outlook

Everything is still in a really strong place.

Training performance is high, bodyweight is still climbing steadily, and even with life stressors creeping in a bit, things are being managed well.

The next few weeks are about holding steady, staying consistent, and setting up the best possible platform to blast into the next push phase.

Very keen to see how this all unfolds.

Fuck man you just keep looking better and better. One of the best on here without a doubt

Offseason Week 27 – Cruise Week 5

Training Update – Legs & Triceps

Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Today was absolutely kickass. Legs were completely toasted afterwards, still at the point where I can’t even sit down to the toilet properly without basically falling down and cramping immediately.

Performance was a little strange to be honest. I had my first two-day rest before legs in a while, so I expected to come in flying and feeling unreal, but I actually felt a bit sore and tight heading into the session.

Once I got into it though, everything started to move well and I felt good.

Some movements slightly regressed, others progressed massively, so a bit of a mixed bag overall, but all in all definitely trending in the right direction.

Leg press in particular is moving insanely well right now and feeling fkn good, this is my 4th week running it and it’s progressing ridiculously fast as I adapt to the neurological performance element and get my strength back in this movement pattern.

Session Performance

Long Rope Tricep Extension
Full stack +2 × 17
Full stack × 13

Adductor
Full stack +50 kg × 8 +1 assisted
Full stack +40 kg × 8 +1 assisted

Unilateral Lying Hamstring Curl
44 × 16

Seated Hamstring Curl
Full stack +5 kg × 12

Banded Leg Press
7 plates per side × 24
(still working in higher rep ranges here to reduce the knee strain as it's happening right in peak knee flexion)

Leg Extension
Full stack × 17
(Knees have been a bit aggravated here, so didn’t push to full failure — slowed it down with ~2 second concentrics to keep tension on the muscle and take stress off the knee)

Belt Squat
4 plates per side × 13

Summary

Bit of a mixed performance on paper, but overall a very productive session.

Execution felt good, output was productive and strength feels like it's holding really well and still being able to progress movements is getting me so excited to drop the hammer on drug exposure soon...

Pics of the quad pump from end of the session, after that 24 rep leg press my quads felt like they were gonna pop I should have taken pics then but still cool to see the pump. Keen to grow these into the craziest versions they've ever been this year

are my eyes deceiving me and your growing so fast on a cruise??

You are on the Nick Walker path for sure :D
Hahaha thank you! I personally will never try to push my physique to those level of proportions as I don't have the genetics but I am excited to see what I can achieve over the coming years for sure!

are my eyes deceiving me and your growing so fast on a cruise??
Thank you so much! I actually do feel I've progressed incredibly well haha I am surprised by how well, I think it's the combination of the removal of stressors, I think my body (regardless of bloods being okay) had just been tapped out toxicity and inflammation wise from the 11-12 months of high drug exposure to the point of depreciating returns, so dropping some of that toxicity has been really good. The insulin has had a crazy impact as well I think being in such an insulin sensitive state from the prep, reta and now mots-c and staying leaner, it's had a far bigger impact than it ever has before so I'm stoked!

Offseason Week 28 – Cruise Week 6

Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight: 138.0 kg (304.2 lbs)

General Overview

Feeling really positive this week to be honest, it’s been a very successful one overall. All boxes have been ticked. Training has felt good, progress has been solid, and for how deep I am into the cruise now (with all previous compounds essentially cleared aside from some residual EQ and the current 300 mg test) I’ve definitely noticed some impact to recovery, but it’s been handled well.

Strength has held across most lifts and even improved in some, which I’m very happy with given the current drug load.

Training and Recovery

I adjusted my split this week to move down to 4 training days, removing 11 sets from my Saturday arm day and redistributing 7 of those across the remaining sessions. In hindsight, it’s probably still been a touch too much, as my body has felt a bit beaten up this week.

One conscious adjustment I’ve made is on my more neurologically demanding compound lifts (aside from leg press lol whoops), I’ve started holding progression slightly rather than pushing every possible rep.

For example, on T-bar row, I’ve been sitting at 55 kg per side for 6 +1 for a while now. Today I got 7 clean reps, and even though I could have pushed an assisted rep, I held back intentionally to preserve recovery capacity.

This isn’t something I’ve typically done or even strongly advocated for in the past for myself or clients, but I'm learning it’s about being a good athlete and understanding timing, when to push and when to hold.

Right now, the priority is:

  • Maintain performance
  • Manage fatigue
  • Preserve recovery capacity
That extra assisted rep doesn’t outweigh the added nervous system fatigue and the potential implication it could bring to the rest of the session or upcoming sessions.

Nutrition

Food is still going down very easily, and I’m actually starting to notice a slight increase in appetite again this week. Digestion is in a great place with this current setup, which puts me in a really good position heading into the next phase as once androgen load increases, it likely won’t be long before food needs to come up as well to support the increased metabolic stress from drug load.

Macros remain unchanged:

Training Days

  • 285 g protein
  • 930 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat
Rest Days

  • 285 g protein
  • 720 g carbohydrates
  • 65 g fat

PEDs and Supplementation

No major changes to the overall setup, with one small addition this week:

  • Testosterone: 300 mg p/wk
  • HGH: 4 IU AM
  • Novorapid: 20 IU total
    • 10 IU with pre-training meal
    • 10 IU immediately pre-training
  • GW-501516: 10 mg AM
  • MOTS-c: 1 mg AM
  • Aromasin: 12.5 mg PM
  • BPC-157: 1 mg PM (introduced yesterday ahead of bloodwork and to support joints as the body’s feeling a bit beaten up)

Current Position and Outlook

Everything is sitting in a really good spot right now.

Performance is holding, bodyweight is climbing steadily, digestion is excellent, and fatigue is being managed well with some smarter decision-making in training.

With only a few weeks left of the cruise, the focus now is to hold this position, manage recovery, and set up the cleanest possible transition into the next push phase.

Awesome update bro I love how comprehensive you are with everything.
Glad to hear you've had a great weekend and feeling good.
Excited to see how this next phase goes for you brother

Hahaha thank you! I personally will never try to push my physique to those level of proportions as I don't have the genetics but I am excited to see what I can achieve over the coming years for sure!
I think with your genetics you have the path :D

Bodyweight: 138.0 kg (304.2 lbs)

General Overview

Feeling really positive this week to be honest, it’s been a very successful one overall. All boxes have been ticked. Training has felt good, progress has been solid, and for how deep I am into the cruise now (with all previous compounds essentially cleared aside from some residual EQ and the current 300 mg test) I’ve definitely noticed some impact to recovery, but it’s been handled well.

Strength has held across most lifts and even improved in some, which I’m very happy with given the current drug load.

Offseason Week 29 – Cruise Week 7

POWERED BY @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight: 128.7 kg

General Overview

Yep… unfortunately that 2 is not a mistake, this has genuinely been the week from hell.

On Friday I came down with the most brutal case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. I’ve barely been able to eat anything, and have been venting food both ends so aggressively that I literally lost my voice and have dropped 10 kg in 5 days (FML).

To make things even better, this all happened right in the middle of the main days of the move, so I’ve been doing 12–14k steps per day while some days only managing a few mouthfuls of food because I couldn’t stomach fkn anything.

Training and Nutrition

Pretty much non-existent this week.

Food intake has been extremely low due to being sick, and training obviously took a back seat completely. The focus has purely been on getting through the illness and managing the move.

Physique and Condition

I didn’t take any photos this week, honestly I didn’t really want to look at it with how flat and depleted everything would be. That said, I’m not concerned, I know what it is, I know what has caused it and it will come back quick. Acute food poisoning with severe drop in food and fluid intake, high output, high stress and no training.

The look is obviously going to be completely depleted and flat, but it’s transient and will come back very quickly once food and training are back in place.

Current Position and Outlook

As rough as the week has been, it’s all temporary.

Once I’m back eating properly and training again, everything will bounce back very quickly, and with the next push phase not too far away, I’m honestly just itching to get back into it now.

Excited to:
  • Get back on plan
  • Start training properly again
  • Get strong again
  • Train in some new gyms in the new state
  • And start pushing progress forward

Shit week, but just part of life unfortunately.
Time to get back to work.

Offseason Week 30 – Cruise Week 8

Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight: Unknown (currently travelling)

General Overview

Not a tonne to report this week to be honest — it’s been a super busy period adjusting to travelling while moving states.
Routine has been completely all over the place, and I’ve definitely been missing my usual meal prep setup. I didn’t organise my stays particularly well, so food has been a bit off plan at times. That said, appetite is back and food is going down well again, which is the main thing.
Now that we’ve landed in an Airbnb for a few days, I’ll be able to get things back on plan properly for most of the week, before finishing the move into the new state.

Training and Nutrition

Training has only just come back in over the past couple of days.

Food was so low for so long during the sickness that returning to training any earlier just wouldn’t have made sense and I wanted to make sure I could actually fuel sessions properly before getting back into it.

First session back at Doherty’s in Melbourne was a fkn blast. Ran a pull session (always been a favourite), and even though bodyweight is down, I actually didn’t mind the look. I’ve lost a fair bit of weight, but there’s good definition coming through, and I was still getting a solid pump during the session which shows everything is already starting to come back online and fullness should return soon.

I know once I get a full week back on plan with food and training, things will fall straight back into place.

Current Position and Outlook

Not expecting an amazing look for this week’s check-in photos if I’m honest, there’s definitely been one too many McDonald’s hotcakes and bacon & egg McMuffins over the past few days while travelling BUT the focus now is:
  • Get fully settled
  • Lock food back in
  • Get training consistency back
Next week should be a completely different look after a full stretch back on plan.

Anyway, onwards and upwards.

Anyway, onwards and upwards.
your leg is bigger than my fkn torso wtf

General Overview
This is just a smaller follow-up with photos from last week’s check-ins while we were en route to the new house interstate.

Honestly things were a bit all over the place this past week. I didn’t follow the meal plan much at all unfortunately, mainly due to food still being really difficult to get in post-sickness. Appetite was pretty suppressed and I was on struggle street getting calories in.

We ended up eating out a bit, still cleanish for the most part but there were a few McDonald’s stops for egg and bacon muffins, which are elite and realistically there aren't many food options on those long drives across Aus.

Nutrition
As mentioned, nutrition wasn’t structured this week.

It wasn’t a case of going off-plan recklessly, more so just doing what I could to actually get food in while appetite and digestion were still recovering post food poisoning. Intake was definitely lower than it should have been overall.

Now that I’ve landed and settled into the new place, food is back on track the past few days along with training so these check ins should be good.

Training and Recovery
No major updates here this week given the circumstances.

Between the travel, sickness recovery, and lack of consistent nutrition, the focus has more so just been on getting through sessions where possible and managing overall fatigue.

PEDs and Supplementation
No confirmed changes just yet.

GH is now back in as of the past few days, which should help bring things back together fairly quickly from a fullness and recovery standpoint.

Current Position and Outlook
I’ve now landed in the new place and will be running my first proper check-in back on plan this Wednesday morning. I’ll update again Thursday once I’ve spoken with coach and we’ve mapped out the plan moving forward—whether we continue to hold or look to push.

I do need to get bloodwork done this week, but with the move, settling in, and having a client staying with me for peak week who’s competing this weekend, timing may be a bit difficult. That said, we’re now 9 weeks into the cruise as of today, bloods were in a decent spot previously, and after the food poisoning a couple of weekends ago I’m definitely itching to push on and bring some androgen-driven fullness back.

I’ll update more in detail after this next check-in.

Mind these photos are taken after a week off GH and post-sickness, so very flat here.
