Jumped on the scales today down 0.5kg so really not much movement there
Definitely feeling more solid got some abs popping out finally
weight is not a factor, you're gaining muscle and losing bodyfat so dont worry about it @Grumpy :)

I would normally take bloods just before injection but from previous comments from you guys I have done 24hrs after injection
Will post full bloods on my log
I think the results speak for themselves
