Its better definitely sometimes just need someone to pass the dumbbell getting it up affects the shoulder but if it's passed to me aove the shoulder it works well
shoulder injuries always worry me bro thats why im all in high reps for shoulders low weights

Those seated rows are excellent for the back.
 
Leg lifts and cardio Cross-trainer are perfect.
I love the shoulder press dumbbells.
 
Very nice on the machine, going all the way to the bottom.
You're running out of weights to do, you're getting so strong.

I love eq. My last time was 750mg test, 600mg EQ and 200mg NPP gain a good amount on that with hgh thrown in
