I told my coach he can go hard on calories cutting, I want to get as lean as I can get on stage and getting as close to 5/6% as I can get (will see if it's possible with the time remaining) and each week will get a drop in calories.

9 weeks out you look really good :D tighter ever time.

I would start working on leaning a bit closer to the show so you can drop in a refeed test.

i like to actually combine most bro with some deads
Not a fan of deads, but i already known that after my show I will be able to pin point all the weaknesses in my physique and will change exercises accordingly to improve the shape and balance.
Can wait to see the final package and make adjustments 😁

Decided to change exercise selections and tried a more Dorian Yates exercise selections, im gonna stick to this selections as I had a blast session with amazing pump and performance even though I slept 3.5hrs.
On another note im having anxiety problems specially when I go to bed and try to sleep and wake up more frequently than usual, I already known the anxiety is derived from the PEDS and if someone as some tips to resolve it it would be very appreciated.
Fell free to ask any questions.

Dorian had the best back and the best back lifts but I do think he did a lot of free-weights in the starts until he got injured. @Mobster right?

in a training seminar that you can find online on YouTube Dorian Yates - Training Seminar (2016) uploaded from XP Gamer at the minute 43:05 he explains his routine (he did say that once he got to pro level he never changed his back routine), always start with the Nautilus Pullover Machine, Closw grip PullDown to the chest, BB Row or DB Row and a seated based fully Row with a Medium Grip and bring the elbows out.
He did say he finished with Hyperextension or deadlifts.

Yes in his seminars he's more balanced for sure, I was more talking about the original hardcore Dorian yates from the Olympia @electus
But that'll be the same.

What can occasionally be confusing is how Joe Weider wanted pics like he was used to vs what Dorian did. Hence the odd photo on covers NOT being what DY did
