Finally trained after 3 days off, been too busy and my schedule couldn't fit training...
Got to train again with my co-worker and he'll be coming with me to the gym so I have a lower official spotter and can ramp up the intensity finally.

yeah brother, great work, definately agree, get the gh ready for rebound, its a long term thing but with your shape and muscle i think would be aamzing starting it from lean state :)

@electus Solid push session! It's good you're focusing on hitting those reps and adjusting exercises for optimal tension. Lack of sleep close to a show is definitely common, but try to prioritize rest as much as possible. Competing against monsters can be intimidating, but focusing on your own performance is key. The EVO family is behind you! Smart to think ahead about post-show plans, but see how your body responds before making any drastic changes. Best of luck with the competition!

Had some nagging pain in my kneecaps so i had to change based on that, i prefer to have more legs machines than for the upper body for sure.

I'm 11 days out from the show, I'm actually feeling good joint wise but I'm only on test and anavar so no drying of the joints there.

I hope to not embarrassed myself to much with the posing 😂, after the show strait to the rebound and then 6week post show bloodworks and then finally the Off-season with the added GH and Deca(ill frontload the Deca for the rebound).

I know we had some differences but im actually interested in receiving critiques like I've said in the past, content your still glancing at my log 😃
You're leaning out really good. I just think you need to up your training on the off season and take more chances. Don't be afraid to lift heavy with a barbell.

You will be using hgh so that's the time to take the training wheels off and really build out.

Last few days have been 8 hrs and some.
I've changed my working schedules and should get more sleep from here onwards

I'm an italian pizza chef, I make the dough with 00 flour water salt and yeast i know exactly how much flour is in each dough ball 182g of flour.
I tomato sauce wich are madre from crushed tomatoes and nothing else, I've put double smoked ham and I touch of Grana padano and Mozzarella on top.
This is not domino's pizza @Npcclassicphysique champ , in Italy pizza is not junk food we don't put weird stuff on the pizza, it's basically like eating pasta (flour,water,tomatoes sauce and good cheese) i might look harsh but the products are completely different, one has barely 750kcals if it and the other one thousands.
I've explained since I knew this would have caused some questions.

This morning, coach said no more hard posing since im sore everywhere and im a bit inflamed and so more watery.
Beside my classic arms up and down i think it looks better and maybe the waist is tighter or im just posing better 🤷🏽‍♂️

It's the first peak week that me and Justin Harris do together, I'm sending him more pics tonight and 1 hr before every meal from tomorrow onwards so I know he'll make the right adjustments 😄.
