@jerseyshoremuscles keep up the good work on this man. I like that you are adding some orals to this. I'm a big fan of oral steroids myself, they seem to really kick in quick.
 
My goal for 2026 is be more consistent with getting my blood work done and adjust mg dosage based on my blood markers not bro science. My mg dosage are starting point for blood mark levels. I will have an active log and post my blood work.
If and when my blood marker are out of range I will reassess and adjust as necessary. Remember I donate blood about every 70 to 80 days. I use Leviathan nutrition for my supplement needs. I have been on trt since 2013 with some a few pauses..

So this morning I took hgh 1iu and bpc 157 500mcg.. I did not go to the gym for fasted cardio, but I walked outside on the road for 2 miles.

I am cooking breakfast now.

I plan on weight training in the middle of the day today

I am walking the dog early am as my fasted cardio. Tomorrow I am going to try and just let the dog pee in the early am than go to gym to jog on treadmill for fasted cardio.

My training partners go to the gym 6 days a week. I have been consistent with 4 days a week of weight training. I want to weight train 6 days a week and 4 days a wk am fasted cardio

I am going to add tbol for January 2026. I have never tried tbol. I am going to start with 20mg am and 20mg pre workout.

Hey Fella! TBOL is definitely not the compound to be running alongside Test and Nandrolone without a method for managing e2. What's your goal for adding another compound?

Also the fitbits are great for tracking steps only really, studies on fitness watches show caloric output values to be up to NINETY percent inaccurate lol

Actually bro their step counts are the worst too LOL. Whatever algorithm they use is so bad. I remember my 70 yr old dad and mom were clocking 15-20k steps while never leaving their house. That was after I reprogrammed the things in the app. I was trying to tell my dad there's no way that's true but he didn't believe me LOL

Shit there you go, that is cooked! I've never had a bad experience with the steps, only the calories. This says it all though.

Yea when it comes trackers I tell people literally anything but a fit bit. They track, but you need to take the results and do you own tracking. Figure a baseline then go from there.

Apple watch is by far the best watch
Huawei makes good watches too if you like the CCP tracking you lol
Whoop and Polar the best straps
Oura is the best ring

Pharmaqo tbol

Tbol does NOT aromatize and does NOT directly raise E2

Tbol = strength, pump, lean look, and muscle retention
If you're an apple guy then the choice is already made for you. Even the older gen cheaper models have top of the line sensors in them.

If not then Garmin makes some great watches and they have pretty good software for analyzing everything.

I have a Garmin watch and a whoop strap personally.

There another guy's who just does scientific testing on the sensors but I can't remember his name. He's has a Nordic accent.

No I've actually never heard that mentioned before. Maybe it's a tbol specific thing? Never heard of that either though tbh
 
Anadrol – worst, strong insulin resistance
Superdrol / methylated DHTs – very bad
Dianabol – moderate–high impact
Turinabol (Tbol) – mild–moderate impact
Anavar – least impact (still not zero)
Interesting I never knew that. Anavar is the only one I've run so I never dealt with any probs myself. That's good to know for when I run my Anadrol in the future. Thanks for the info

I am on day 4 of tirzepatide. Does any one have experience with tirzepatide and can share their thoughts about the 1st week.

I feel les nauseous every day. I am not thinking about food or feeling hungry. I need to force myself to eat. I can only eat small meals. I get full very fast. Food is taking way longer to digest. I am burbing up gross taste and smells.

Nausea gets less and less and easier to avoid the food noise :D
but the burping try adding digestive aids, probiotics digestive enzymes ed with each meal and psyllium husk 1tbps ed
 
Hey @jerseyshoremuscles it's been a while since my first week but from what I remember I felt ok at first. I am not sure what dose your on but I was on prescription Mounjaro auto injectors and I had to start on 2.5mg a week. Hopefully your pulling from a vial and you can regulate your dose as needed. First week I started out losing my appetite, bowls slowed down, and I burped a lot. The nausea didn't start for me until weeks after the drug started getting saturated in my body and got worse when I moved up to the 5mg, 7mg, and the first time I tried 10mg. First time I tried 10 mg I had to stop and go back to the 7.5mg because the nausea and burping was so bad. For a while I was doing my shot on Friday because the day after was when I felt the worse and would make my stomach sick feeling to where I wouldn't want to go to work. So I did that over the weekends Incase I felt that way. Hopefully if your drawing your own doses u can make .5-1mg increases and reduce the side effects and make the effects last longer. I am on 12.5mg now and my body is use to it now. I don't get the nausea any more or the burps real bad. If u have any specific questions about my experience on terzepatide feel free to ask me. I am happy to share and talk about it.
 
My burbs smell like rotten eggs or sulfur.

Did you feel warm and sweaty in the arm pits?
Yeah, I got the sulphur burps once in a awhile. I stopped getting them after I went on psyllium husk. The only bad side I still get sometimes is just a lot of normal burping not the sulphur ones. As far as sweating I don't sweat a lot typically. When I work out I don't get sweaty at the gym for some reason. Now summer time here in a Florida I get sweaty on the jobsite. I tend to pee more myself. The two ways fat comes mostly out of our bodies after our lungs releasing the co2 is through sweat and pee. Being on the drug your body is probably going to use one way more then the other to get rid of the excess fluid. It's probably individualized per person. For me it was pee predominantly for you it's sweat.

Last night before bed I took 1.5iu hgh. I woke up final not feeling nauseous. Than I took 1.5iu in the am and felt semi nauseous.

Does anyone have experience with tirzepatide stacked with hgh.

Going forward I will be doing only pm hgh subq
Best try it in PM with hgh and see.
 
No nauseous feeling today, went away when I stop am fasted hgh subq.

Going forward I am taking 2iu pm empty stomach before bed.

Starting Monday back in training mode 100%.
I wonder if that's coincidental and your body is just acclimating to the tirzepatide or the GH was the issue. Might be interesting to add it back in for a day later down the line just to see.

I just got a new bottle of test cypionate 200mg from trt doctor pharmacy. It is in cotton seed oil. Do you think it will flow through a 27g ? I want to try ed to get more consistent blood levels and less spikes
it might go via 27g but you need to test it and try it, just load it up and try to push the plunger and see, cotton seed or grape seed is not most important there are other factors like filtration etc @jerseyshoremuscles

The pharma test is tougher but I'm able to pin it with a 29 so 27 will be fine. You just gotta sit it in a warm cup of water for a few mins before you pin it.
