Physique update 101kg at the gym today
Really happy with the physique and the progress I'm making so far
This blast will probably go till the end of the year so plenty more time to make improvements
Very good job pumping the iron. The legs. Look fantastic. and the upper body has a lot of size. Bet your chest is extremely wide. @Gains Man

So currently overseas just a few weeks on holidays
Very hot here and doing lots of steps every day and weight has dropped about 3-4 KGS which is kind of good as I'll be a little leaner when I got home which gives me more room to push up again without blowing out
Still getting some good training sessions in here

Back in oz and ready to go
Weight this morning is 95kg dropped quite a bit from lots of steps and probably not enough food while away
But I'm a bit leaner (photos to come soon) so it means I can continue to push up for longer now without blowing out so that's a plus
Back to exactly what I was doing and keen to see the progress from now till the end of the year

Few photos from this morning weights already back up to 97kgs so should be back around 100kg sooner rather than later
No creatine, no hgh, lots of steps and less calories while I was away so getting all that back on track should result in a smooth rebound
Still working to bring the legs up a little more as my main focus for now

He was a top IFBB pro in his prime who placed top 10 in Mr Olympia 2 years in row

We do bro I would've been 17 when we first linked up more than 11 years ago
He's taught me so much and I'm forever grateful
I have an amazing network of high level bodybuilders and coaches from all over the world (I travel a lot and have even lived overseas before) so I'm always learning more myself and passing that all on to my clients

Haha with clients I actually do set the protein higher at 3 grams per kg
I'm slightly less than that as it makes me to full and I can't eat enough calories with all the meat weighing me down

Damn bro you're a big thick beast I'm surprised at these calories and you're that dense too with only 3500 cals. I'd up the protein to 300+ just force it in LOL.

Hoping to compete again next year bro
I coach full time so I'm on a computer most of the day which is why I believe I can grow on moderate calories now. I used to have to push food way harder when I was working more active jobs

Ahhhh ok now I get it! That makes perfect sense now. For real. That's a smart move, the work from home people have a disadvantage in terms of keeping BF% down.

But all is good strength is up and I'm definitely making the improvements I wanted to as this cycle goes on

NPP used to be a staple for my cycles but I never realised how high strung on it I was until it cleared out.

Yeah I've used them all a few times early on in bodybuilding life
Haven't touched them in years and just thought I'd throw in a low dose this time in my growth phase to see how it went
For my next prep I'll probably use tren at 100mgs as well if I use it at all

So after a few weeks of chilling in between phases I'm now just running 250mg test per week and have decided to cruise for a bit
Weight is already down to 98kg in the morning which is expected due to holding less water on the lower doses and less compounds
Feeling great will keep you all updated throughout
