Yeah im actually all for that brother! Its nice to find a machine or variation that can completely eliminate an assisting muscle.
Different circumstance but same scenario — i used to do my shrugs on the standing calf raise machine as i could load it right up and not worry about my grip or forearms.

Loading up the 595 is a rep in itself, not a fail - absolutely massive session mate good stuff
 
Ever since I got sick a week and a half ago I have been down on weight. Monday I weighed in at 188lbs… I took an anadrol pre workout Monday and Tuesday in hopes to get some extra push in the gym (which I did) and to fill back out the lost weight (which I did not). This morning I stepped on the scale at a whopping 186lbs! Yes, you read that right! I took anadrol for two days and lost 2lbs lol 😂

We call that the anadrol pump, you pumped the muscles and dropped the bodyfat :D @TAGII you have positive androgen balance I bet you're leaning out and gaining mass but fat loss is faster than muscle gain.

@HarleyGuy I did that without realizing it and then once I did it I was shocked. My best strapless lift prior was 405. I was stoked when I realized what I did lol 😂

Hahahaha listen to this fuckin guy he lifts 500+ no straps and didn't realize it. Fuckin' Godzilla mode activated! 405 was my max without straps and then not long ago I pulled off 425. I love my hand callouses from heavy rows and deadlifts.

@LevButlerov it’s swollen at and right below the collar bone (clavicle) but no bruising.
It hurts to take a deep breath and most all the pressing movements.

@LevButlerov it’s swollen at and right below the collar bone (clavicle) but no bruising.
It hurts to take a deep breath and most all the pressing movements.
You need to deload asap! stop doing upper body for at least 1 week and rest @TAGII

@BeMe nah they keep it about 70* in there. It feels good once you get going but it was 20* outside lol and we both didn’t warm up properly.

My upper pec clavicle strain thing seems to be doing much better. I’m going to try to do some “light” chest tomorrow. Who knows, maybe a Dbol will make it all better lol!!

@BeMe it isn’t better but it isn’t stopping me either. There is a little more stretching that is going into most workouts. Nothing too intense that would cause strength issues. Just more warmups and a little static stretching between sets.
