EVO update – Christmas Eve 🎄

Following on from my last check-in we’re now 10kg down total 🙌🏽
No photos from last week as the official check-in is tomorrow but I’ll share them once they’re in.

Training is still feeling really good and output hasn’t dropped.
Hunger is definitely up, but nothing uncomfortable, if anything it’s kind of enjoyable and feels like we’re right where we should be.

Everything’s tracking nicely heading into this phase, even over Christmas.

Also curious has anyone here used MOTS-C or SLU-PP-332? Would love to hear your experiences!

*picture below is of my doggo evie who accompanies me to the gym. and of course a leg press action shot
Aww Evie is so cute. Is she a husky mix?

Must be hot having that much fur in Aus

Very impressive action shot of you pushing it hard on leg press! Congrats on the 10kg fat loss, you can definitely see the muscle starting to burst out now, even in your forearms.

I give my girl (HarleyGirl) MOTS-C 1mg ed and she finds it gets her through the afternoon urge to want to nap.

Love Motsc/Slu/5 amino combo

For the SLU-PP332 do you use subQ or orals right now? Tried both?
I have oral at moment, but do have injectable in the fridge. Be an interesting comparison

Hi EVO fam,
Small but intentional adjustments this phase.
We’ve implemented a slight reduction in carbohydrates on non-training days primarily to improve nutrient partitioning and insulin sensitivity while keeping training days adequately fuelled to maintain output and recovery. No performance drop so far which tells us energy availability is still well matched to demand.

I’ve been running SLU orally for the past two weeks dosing fasted in the morning and pre-training. This timing appears to work well from both a practical and mechanistic standpoint. It's been very helpful reading everyone's individual experience!

We’re currently 17 weeks out with two more weeks before AAS implementation. At this stage the goal is maintaining progressive overload, tissue quality and recovery capacity while allowing body composition changes to continue at a controlled rate. Recent check-ins reflect that we’re exactly where we want to be heading into the next phase.

Current Training Structure:

Monday – Lower
• Smith Deficit Back Lunges – 3 x 8–10 / side
• DB or Machine RDLs – 3 x 8–10
• Hack Squats – 3 x 6–8
• Occlusion Leg Extensions – 30, 15, 15, 15*
• Unilateral Lying Leg Curls – 3 x 10–12 / side

Wednesday – Lower
• BB RDL – 3 x 6–8
• Leg Press (high & wide) – 3 x 10–12
• Hip Thrusts – 3 x 12–15
• Seated Leg Curls – 3 x 8–10
• Seated Calf Raises – 3 x 15–18

Friday – Quads, Calves & Delts
• Pendulum Squats – 3 x 10–12
• Front Heel Elevated Split Squats – 3 x 8–10 / side
• Leg Press (low foot placement) – 3 x 12–15
• Standing Calf Raises – 3 x 10–12
• Seated DB Lateral Raises – 3 x 10–12

Saturday – Posterior Chain
• Assisted Split Squats – 3 x 8–10 / side
• Hip Thrusts – 3 x 8–10 (1.5 reps)*
• Standing Leg Curls – 3 x 10–12
• Occlusion Lying Leg Curls – 30, 15, 15, 15
• Neutral-Grip Pulldowns – 3 x 10–12

Rest days placed strategically to allow connective tissue recovery, manage systemic fatigue and maintain weekly training quality.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas 🎄 and wishing you all a New Year focused on health, longevity and progression.
Keep executing 💪🏽

Gosh your legs are GOALS 😳
She’s honestly almost a class of her own. The mass, the shape, and still so feminine.

I’m amazed and very much appreciate the women who get the crazy arms and delt caps they look better than me by a lot. They kill it, I think it’s great. What bubbles is doing seems almost unique. Really amazing too

happy new year already looking insane, 17 weeks will fly by

Happy 2026 🖤 We’re absolutely flying.

First off, massive thank you to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep and all the boys on the team for the ongoing internal support especially with everything AA-related it genuinely makes this process so seamless.

We’ve brought compounds back in conservatively after a good 13 weeks off: 50mgs Primo (weekly) alongside a cruisy 5 mg Anavar (daily), GH remains at 8iu (daily). The intention here is simple maintain tissue, support training performance and improve nutrient partitioning without unnecessary stress while we continue a steady and controlled rate of fat loss.

Food is staying exactly where it is. We’re seeing a very comfortable 500g weekly drop, digestion is smooth, energy is stable and hunger is present but completely manageable which tells me we’re in the sweet spot.

Training, sleep, recovery and digestion are all ticking along perfectly.

I’ll be starting reta tomorrow at a low introductory dose purely to assess tolerance and response before making any adjustments.

On the fun side of things bikini colour is locked in 💙💙 posing is being dialled up and we’re in the process of finalising the routine. Everything is starting to come together.

(included a cute pic of my pt)

Onwards x

Food is staying exactly where it is. We’re seeing a very comfortable 500g weekly drop, digestion is smooth, energy is stable and hunger is present but completely manageable which tells me we’re in the sweet spot.

Training, sleep, recovery and digestion are all ticking along perfectly.

I’ll be starting reta tomorrow at a low introductory dose purely to assess tolerance and response before making any adjustments.

On the fun side of things bikini colour is locked in 💙💙 posing is being dialled up and we’re in the process of finalising the routine. Everything is starting to come together.

First off, massive thank you to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep and all the boys on the team for the ongoing internal support especially with everything AA-related it genuinely makes this process so seamless.

sister, it's been a minute since we saw you. It's good to have you back. I like how you lay out your cycle. The Primo and the Anavar with the HGH is pretty intense. That's a good one. @_bubbles

@_bubbles wow, 8 IUs a day of HGH. That is super high. I didn't know that women would run it that much. I always thought that would be a really super high dosage but you're showing how it's done.

@_bubbles good updates.....

Happy sunday Fam!

Bodyweight is down another 1.2kg this week which is a really positive outcome given the current structure and recent nutrition variables.

We’ve now introduced Retatrutide at 0.5mg every 6 days, Primo has been reintroduced twice weekly (Tuesday & Friday) and GH has been reduced to 6iu daily to keep recovery high while managing overall load and fatigue.

Coach is very happy with the look this week, especially considering this result came off the back of two higher intake days (500g carbohydrates). The ability to still see a drop and improved visual markers post high days is a strong indicator that metabolism, nutrient partitioning and overall stress management are all in a good place. Win win!

Energy levels are high, training performance continues to trend upwards and recovery between sessions has been excellent. Gym sessions have felt strong and pumps have been consistently full and responsive, which usually means good glycogen utilisation and overall training readiness.

Mood and motivation have been high, digestion is smooth and sleep quality remains solid despite the adjustments. Overall, I’m feeling very “on” in my body I'm moving well, training well and mentally dialled in. Definitely in that movin’ and groovin’ phase where everything just feels efficient and aligned.

We’ll continue to monitor response closely but at this stage all markers visual, performance based and mental cues are pointing in the right direction.

I think those extra carbs are really working well for you. Those quads and hamstrings are looking much fuller, but same detail and last update. That side pose is looking very impressive right now!

Hey Evo Fam!

12 weeks out!!!! 🤍

Ran all low days this week and dropped another 1 kg which feels really nice and steady.

Currently week 2 on Reta and week 3 on Primo and everything feels super manageable. Appetite has been steady (small appetite but nothing crazy), energy is good and nothing feels forced or hard to adhere to.

Completed 3 × 20-minute cardio sessions along with 12k daily steps. Cardio felt solid and recovery has been good.

Training sessions have honestly been amazing strength is holding, mood is good and I’m feeling really positive with how everything is tracking. Sleep, digestion and recovery are all on par.

Overall feeling really good and in a nice groove heading into next week 🤍

I love your updates always look forward to one. Your macros are obviously perfect for you I see a difference in your hamstrings even over one weeks time. Your hamstrings have really started to shine to match your ungodly quads. I can see your arms too are leaner without having lost size. Your look is really going to be unbeatable on stage especially lower half, really impressive and still super feminine.

Really happy to see your mood is good and you're still positive while cutting, actually you seem even more upbeat now even which is a nice change as some people during a cut become unbearable LOL.

Keep these updates coming you've got the best wheels in your category and we love seeing the progress!

EVO UPDATE 10 WEEKS OUT
This is honestly going way too fast…

Dropped another 800g this week which feels super steady and exactly where I want it to be. Conditioning is coming in nicely without feeling too flat.

Training is absolutely firing and sessions are feeling really strong, pumps are great and strength is holding really well. Recovery has been very solid!

Food is going in so well macros remain at:
• 2400 cals
• 165g protein
• 328g carbs
• 47g fats

Adherence has been easy and digestion is on point.

Energy wise, I am starting to feel a little more exhausted throughout the day, which feels very expected at this stage nothing concerning and still very manageable. Nothing a little nap can't fix!

Primo remains the same at 50mg/week, split into 2 doses.
5mg Anavar daily.
GH has been dropped to 6iu daily and feeling good here.
Reta is at 0.5mg every 6 days

Overall feeling really positive and trusting the process as we roll deeper into prep!

Have a great week Evo Fam!

Overall feeling really positive and trusting the process as we roll deeper into prep!

Have a great week Evo Fam!
Geesh…. You got Quads from the Gods.
Fantastic work

Progressing nice and looking lean!! Great update.

Hey Evo Fam 🤍

9 weeks out!!!!

Fatigue is definitely starting to creep in now but honestly that just tells me we’re exactly where we need to be. Right?! 😂

This is the phase where things start to separate. The excitement is still there but now it’s about discipline, execution and managing recovery like a pro. Nothing feels easy anymore but it all still feels doable and that’s the sweet spot.

Energy isn’t as high as it was a few weeks ago. I’m noticing a bit more exhaustion throughout the day and slight mental fog here and there. Training is still firing but I need to be more intentional with rest between sets and on rest days.

So my biggest focus right now is managing fatigue properly.

Applying
GAD daily which for me means means 'Gratitude Awareness and Discipline'.
Gratitude for the fact that I get to prep and push my body like this.
Awareness of my biofeedback recovery stress and when I need to pull back slightly.
Discipline to still execute the plan even when I’m tired and it would be easier not to.

Recovery is now just as important as output.

Cardio and steps are still getting done. Sessions are still productive. Food is still adhered to. But I’m being smarter with sleep quality stress management hydration and actually slowing down when my body asks for it.

This is the grindy part and I’m here for it.

We don’t panic when fatigue shows up. We adjust we execute and we keep moving forward.

- Two high days have been implemented this past week as well which i like to relate to as a bit of a pit stop before we continue the journey ahead "fuel up, rest up then soldier on"

Let’s go fam 🤍🔥

6–8 Weeks Out Update

We’re officially moving into the business end now. Sitting around that 6–8 week out window and things are starting to get real.

Fatigue has definitely started creeping in over the last few days which honestly just tells me we’re doing things right. Prep isn’t supposed to feel easy at this stage. Managing recovery has become a big focus for me right now. I’ve been applying GAD daily which for me stands for gratitude, awareness and discipline. Staying present in the process, taking breaks when I need them and keeping perspective has been really important.

Sleep and digestion are still great which I’m super grateful for. I’ve also noticed a real drop in inflammation recently which has made a big difference in how my body is responding. Growth has been pulled back to 4iu and overall things feel like they’re settling into a good groove.

Day to day energy can be a little lower but when I step into the gym it’s a different story. Training still feels strong and that’s where I get to express the work. Mood overall is good too. Of course there are moments where things feel harder but that’s prep. It’s not that deep, we’re just depleted haha.

This season means a lot to me. It’s my third wellness season and every year I’ve learned more about how to suffer well, refine the process and keep showing up when it would be easier not to.

As the season gets closer I’m also open to aligning with a brand or sponsor that genuinely supports the journey. I love working with people who believe in the long game of this sport and the lifestyle that comes with it.

Right now the focus is simple. Show up, do the work, execute the plan and enjoy the process of bringing this physique in. The best is still to come.

Looking great, I fully understand where your coming from with the energy, I am not prepping for a show, but I am working very hard to hit the goals I have set for myself to be in the position to compete in the near future, and its like when your locked in almost subconciously we hold back for everything but training and things that serve our goals.

You are killing it though, well done.

Jesus H.!!!!!! @_bubbles is back and DICED!

overall things feel like they’re settling into a good groove
Uh, ya think?!?!?!! :p:ROFLMAO: Your legs don't look like they're from a human and your obliques are shredded. I had no idea you'd show up like this on stage because you were giving us gym pics until 04Dec, I'd go back and look at your pics on 04Dec to now... now that is nuts!!!

I want that bicep vein too after you're done your show.

Absolutely I think you’re in a class of your own. My mind doesn’t even want to compare you to the other very impressive women here, or anywhere! You are sooooo muscular and your legs look… I don’t even know. I’m not a follower of bodybuilding really, but I appreciate the sport and I love learning about it. It really seems to me you’ve got something special going for you. So impressed

Some serious definition coming through in your legs now!

So impressed
this is so lovely thankyou so much!

Jesus H.!!!!!! @_bubbles is back and DICED!

Bless you my friend, have to keep you guys guessing here and there :sneaky:

6–8 Weeks Out Update

We’re officially moving into the business end now. Sitting around that 6–8 week out window and things are starting to get real.

Fatigue has definitely started creeping in over the last few days which honestly just tells me we’re doing things right. Prep isn’t supposed to feel easy at this stage. Managing recovery has become a big focus for me right now. I’ve been applying GAD daily which for me stands for gratitude, awareness and discipline. Staying present in the process, taking breaks when I need them and keeping perspective has been really important.

You legs are insane. I would love to know the measurement of the thickness of your thigh.

@R&Dpharma

We’re here… peak week and load phase officially started and honestly I’m just really proud of where I’m at right now.

Coming out of depletion, I feel tight, like the condition is there. There’s detail I didn’t even expect to see this early, so now it’s not about chasing more, it’s about filling out properly and bringing everything to life.

Food has come up a lot today, almost 3,000 calories:
Food has come up a lot today:
Calories: 2,971
Carbs: 460g
Protein: 172g
Fats: 49g
I can definitely feel the shift. Carbs are high and spread across the day with things like rice cakes, oats, dates, honey, pineapple all the good stuff. Keeping it really intentional though, nothing random. We've tested these foods leading up to show day so I know my body handles them well.

Pre workout is more sustained with oats and fats, then post workout we’re pushing quicker carbs to really drive that glycogen in. ’m paying really close attention to how my body is responding.

Training feels different in a good way. I’m not training like I normally would, it’s more about feeling everything, getting a proper pump, slowing things down which feels very odd for me.
PED protocol is steady, nothing new introduced just trusting what’s already in place:
T3
T4
Clen
Oxandrolone.

I'm listening to my body a lot more and taking rest when it's needed and using things like lymphatic work to help everything move properly.
1 day at a time…
I’ll check back in 1 day out 🤍
