Split is Legs/back,chest/arms and seems to be working very well, really don’t want a thicker back or chest so the reduced volume on those is helping blow my legs up.

Back/chest is quite an easy day as I’ll only do 8 working sets so my total weekly load isn’t that rough.
I’ve been experimenting this bulk with 1mg of @Core Pharma Reta a week and fasting daily 16 hours with my hgh first thing in the morning before my fasted workouts and it seems to be keeping me very lean despite the scales moving up.
Leg days I will eat prior as I run out of motivation halfway through if I don’t.
