Couple tips -

1) mix into your pre work of choice throughly.
2) manage frequency and timing of use. I try not to use daily due to cascading effects on heart and BP. AM use only otherwise may affect quality of sleep
3) get creative - i struggle to find a good pre that has both stimulates and pumps ingredients I like. So I add additional glycerol, l citrulline and beta alanine also for the ultimate skin tearing PUMP 🔥🔥🔥

I think I’m onto my 4th 5g bottle now from @Gold Standard Labs . Over did it initially but have now found the sweet spot and will be a staple in my supps for a while 🧨🧨🔥🔥

As advertised, purity, innovation and TRUST. We had a slight issue with an order, gold standard was quickly to resolve this and the whole process was him wanting to help and fix the issue. Just wanted to take a moment to reply to this post and thank you personally for this my brother 🙏

I am big on harm reduction, and the steps you have outlined here are paramount towards the safe and responsible use of our preworkout additive.

We had a conversation about this not so long ago and have been meaning to reiterate on a previous similar post that i have made in regards to this product which is not quite as comprehensive as your post - but with a similar message.

The generous 5 gram serving I provide for $80 is 2 grams higher then it was in jack3d.

The idea was to give people a more potent product and good value for money.

Starting with half a scoop to assess tolerance has always been my strong recommendation.

I think you can safely divide one 5 gram servings into 2 and blend them into two 30 servings of your favourite preworkout rather then one.

like everything in life moderation is key, this is awesome message brother @LH5515 much love 🙏💛

Just wondering if anyone has a review on GSL EQ 400mg? I’ve used other GSL products before and they have been brilliant just never personally used EQ at a high concentration like that. Always been at 200 or 250mg/ml.

Labs would be a bonus !

Haven't used it personally but the feedback has been good anything from gold is spot on. I think @Dreamer has run the 400?

I am currently running it, its a beauty man, smooth as silk like everything else from this lab, absolutely doing its job, check my log to see the progress made on the GSL oils if you like - but my e2 was 74 pmol with 800mg test 400mg eq - I usually need an AI for TRT haha

EQ can be brewed up to 500mg, I've used it before from a different UGL years ago and it gets a bit like syrup but works the same. 400mg is a happy medium IMO between high concentration without it being too viscous to inject.

I've bought some of GSL's EQ but haven't started my cycle yet, will be posting as soon as I do but the bloods I've run so far from GSL have been spot on so I'm sure the boys who are running his EQ right now can vouch for it (y)

I've seen it up to 600mg/ml, so I think 400mg/ml is a happy medium - no PIP, but great value/easy to use.

Been very happy with my GSL EQ so far - bloods in a couple weeks so we will see how my estrogen goes!

Beautiful little top up for the rest of my bulk, running the Test E at 1200mg a week and its been smooth as butter, 2ml total volume a day and no issues.

What can I say another big order touchdown because you never fuckin know. And when the gear is consistently this good I wlll get as much as I can of it. Gold standard like stated before. And on top of that the dude is a genuine guy that don’t fuck around. What you get it the highest quality gear in Aus. Been running it for about 3 months with his hgh (which is 13 iu ) per vial btw. So more then 100 iu per box. combined with the test and tren and the good old DMAA pre workout that I have missed for years just don’t do what I did when I was younger and take that shit everyday. Here is some gearporn. No more needs to be said. Peace out 👹👹😈😈
