@Lilbrods seated hamstring curls at Roman deadlift barbell are fantastic. I like the glute raise machine as well. Those are really good exercises together.

So @ 2iu hgh my average fastened bgl is 6.4
I did 8iu hgh ( no other changing factors ie last meal/ macros/time/ water everything exactly the same..

However woke up @ 4.1 bgl so something with igf 1 in my liver is bipolar love to hear opinions on this one 🫶🫶🙏🙏

Yea my bro so ran the 8ius last nite to see how much it would bump my bgl to give me a guide on my insulin dose and how much to run..
but yea calibrated bgl machine literally everything taken into account obviously except the factors that can’t change ie REM sleep,bp and hr but everything else I made sure was spot on the same even the days energy output to electrolytes intake and water intake..
did read somewhere that there are some cases that paradoxically using a higher hgh can lower bgl in the short term use so hopefully 🤞

You bolused a double dose and it shot your IGF-1 up. HGH is like an 'anti-insulin' whereas IGF-1 can 'act' like insulin so with the high dose GH you spiked your IGF-1 enough which brought uptake of glucose into muscle tissue and other tissues, hence lowering circulating serum blood glucose. It's a love hate relationship in the body regarding blood glucose and HGH/IGF-1 but the HGH causing insulin resistance will always win the battle long term. @Allupfromhere that's my take on it but it can be fact checked

I truely believe that if you stay on one protein or carb source all the time then this will play with your insulin sensitivity and by changing sources ie from chicken to fish or so on the the change is a major benefit to your body metabolism and transport of macros and micros

Yes it’s a lot easier to track and maintain from a coaches point with the same meals and just adjust the quantity but I believe your body will literally stop process the micros the same as water and just know there’s more coming so screw it and do its best to not use it to the most beneficial..
whereas with changing sources your body can’t get to use to the metabolism of that food source.
This is just a Lilbrodz hypothesis though again 🤣🤣🫶

@Lilbrods wow, testosterone 750 mg is a solid dose. I think that your EQ and NPP dose are really interesting as well, the way you're keeping them low and then you're going high on the HGH.

Largest size 7m x 3m and quite awkward with 1 offsider but boys on sites are fucking legends and always offer help 💚💚💪💪🙏

So I see this all the time now “insulin sensitivity”

Now anyone who knows the body knows it’s amazing at adaptive so this is where myself and other coaches disagree and why I think variety of macro sources best minor digestive stress..

I truely believe that if you stay on one protein or carb source all the time then this will play with your insulin sensitivity and by changing sources ie from chicken to fish or so on the the change is a major benefit to your body metabolism and transport of macros and micros

Yes it’s a lot easier to track and maintain from a coaches point with the same meals and just adjust the quantity but I believe your body will literally stop process the micros the same as water and just know there’s more coming so screw it and do its best to not use it to the most beneficial..
whereas with changing sources your body can’t get to use to the metabolism of that food source.
This is just a Lilbrodz hypothesis though again 🤣🤣🫶

Last 6 weeks of bulk am going back to 1 session per day with this split as a single session

1- quads calves
2-chest-side delts -tris
3-back -lower posterior focus
4-hamstring calves
5- back/ rear delts

Add in fluid away tabs
Sauna 40mins per day @ 2 20min session with a 10 min break inbetween
Will run taurine aswell 💪💪

We seen a roughly 3 kg increase of fluid in 5 days haha so hard to gauge this weeks gains

@Lilbrods MENT is one that i haven't used before. Heard a lot of good things about it though from those that have. It's sorta like testosterone but even stronger.
 
Right now I’m thinking so bro hey just got hit the little plateau now with only 4 weeks left of this whole years growth phase April I start a decent health phase then into prep so wanna push it hard for last weeks just to squeeze every little drop possible out of it

Sprinkles with insulin and creatine 💪💪

So first shot of ment (testotrone) went it today 1 hour pre workout Intramusclar @20mg
Now it’s a fast acting ester attached and first time using so I will only pin it alone (not mixed) and into fresh muscles(no scar tissues)

Seeing as im trying to get it in fast as possible I pin in it into my abdominal close to liver so it has less distance to travel to metabolise through it..
also I trained and post injection to get blood to it and ran a heat pack to heat up and thin up some of the carrier oil in site 🫶💪 little tips there

Shogun hgh 2iu until stock supplies replenish

Training is all about progressive overload in weight for the last 4 weeks of bulk now
Just aggressive throw around big numbers hopefully 🤞

Pump from “ment” was def above normal however I suspect full saturation will take almost a week

Wouldn’t say to much feeling from it there is a slight tren feeling with the thermogenesis that’s came from the injection but very very minute

So day 4 today on ment fam and I can safely say it’s really really one hell of a compound..

Honestly rate it as a mix of tren and dbol together and it’s only day 4 @ 20mg

Strength 9/10 increase
Endurance 0/10 increase
Motivation 8/10increase
Aggression 3/10increase

Personality
self esteem 8/10 increase
Temperament
Anxiety 6/10 increase
Aggression/ fuse 5/10 increase ( things that trigger you)
Overall mood 7/10 increase ( superman tren feeling)

One thing with ment I’m noticing,, has a pretty big toll on the cns system hey extra calories are a must and day 4 I’ve had to up cals by 500 to keep me from the lethargy coming with the weight gain..

but can feel the e2 is shooting yo very fast so
Def need an ai on hand to run 💯but with the rise of the e2 joints feel like butter with the heavier lifts to even

But to compare for guys it’s very dbol feeling with the tren mood enhancement to it aswell..

Guys who can’t handle the personality change on tren def don’t run..

It’s only day 4 so we not fully saturated yet have heard there’s a another element still yet to come and that’s the ridiculous horniess /libido

Nah bro they don’t really effect me too much ( I know everyone says that) but over my life I’m very very self aware of my outward personality to the point I will say to myself is this me or the gear talking.. is this positive to the other person or not.. so it’s very easy for me to gauge bro

So day 7 strength gains have paused aggression and motivation also come to a halt
So for me personally def a decent compound and it will become my kickstart to bulk phase
Don’t get me wrong I’d prob put it in the scale of tren a @ 300mg per week and 50mg dbol a day.


Fluid retention high and be aggressively increasing
107 kg today so up 3kg in the week obviously fluid

Pumps are very decent on the compound but only with the combination of SHOGUN HGH makes it amazing ran a day with the gh and pump was nowhere near the same

Today was a posing and check in day with the comp federation was awesome as 💪💪
