Yewww yeww and happy Wednesday evo fam, as the title suggests I’m now officially running a 20 week mock contest prep, the timeline its self is tentative in the fact that if we get in condition sooner then expected, and then the plan is to roll into my push phase from there. Slight detour from mine and coaches original plan to try and get me big haha.

Although I’m not carrying a great deal of muscle, it will still be exciting to get into some kind of respectable conditioning and then if health markers permit, roll into a very long building phase.

Wednesday’s are my standard check in and updates with my coach, I will then also keep this trend with my updates here each week in regarding to my prep and I will certainly do my best to shed light on my experiences and progress as I go along.

📊 Preparation stats, as of today

Nutrition:
4,300 calories - training days
3,300 calories - non training days
Mela plan never changes with me.

Output:
Cardio 15 minutes daily
Steps - 10k daily

500mg total aas load

Training:
5 days on - 2 rest days

➕ That covers the basics for now, more details as it unfolds - nothing to exciting as AAS load will remain modest, with no plans for adding anything deleterious to my health markers - as we want to roll into a higher load come next push.

💉 numbers sir: 350 test | 150 primo

And no won’t be adding much more to this as the tentative plan, but will pull bloods again mid way though and assess (we wanted to get markers improved during this stage, obviously before they get scewed at the end of the ‘prep’ and then roll into push and higher dosages to grow )

Also have sleep apnea test and echocardiogram coming up, so certainly won’t be going hard until we have these both back ether

@Yuri Hopefully, you can learn a lot from your sleep apnea test. Maybe they can give you something, maybe a CPAP machine or something to help.

Pineapple is one of the best things you can eat with your meal. @Yuri It adds bromelain to your body and it helps with digestion.

4:00am leg session in the bank this morning, feeling incredible to be back in the swing of my 2 legs days again after a little knee scare few weeks back

Energy is though the fucking roof this week, having a direct goal and timeframe always gets me fired up, cardio is flying mad steps are on, meals are meal I never eat off plan so nothing hard for me there

🔥 what’s good evo family, hope yall killing it!

We’re 2 weeks down, and entering into week 3 now and feeling incredible.

First two weeks have been on point, feeling amazing and performance and energy both sky high.

Quick updates for week 3:

1: Primo swapped to eq
2: steps bumped from 12k to 14k
3: calories > hold
4: cardio > hold

I’ll have some visuals in the next few days.

Apologise for short update, extremely busy end to the week but I’ll have more in depth updates over the weekend.

➕ We’re almost at the end of the 3rd week of the prep, and feeling amazing! Numbers are all up when it comes to performance and body composition slowly coming in a tad each week at the same time

I’m not excepting much of a visual shift until at lest 10 weeks in, maintaining performance is key right now.

Weekly check in will be done tomorrow including any updates, output is currently at 14k steps and 15 minutes cardio daily

Hunger up a tad then last week with the output but my calories are also 4,300 so can’t complain yet as the his will have to shift down as we get closer
