If you want to bring up legs could decrease your back sets and sneaky in some hammies they compliment each other

I train typically 6 days a week and just rest days when I really feel like it. So normally looks like Legs(quad heavy), back/chest, arms, legs(ham, glutes heavy), back /chest, arms, rest - repeat.

Back/chest is quite an easy day as I’ll only do 8 working sets so my total weekly load isn’t that rough.

I’ve been experimenting this bulk with 1mg of @Core Pharma Reta a week and fasting daily 16 hours with my hgh first thing in the morning before my fasted workouts and it seems to be keeping me very lean despite the scales moving up.
Leg days I will eat prior as I run out of motivation halfway through if I don’t.

Adding in some bits from @CS Supps today to assist with sleep and replace my premium supplements (ew) non stim pre with his new Jurassic Pump product. That blood glucose supp he has will also probably be needed now I’ve bumped my hgh to 10iu

Slow on the updates been flat out.

Decided to call this bulk early and lean out alittle again and just stay there for the foreseeable future. The bodybuilding lifestyle isn’t for me, over 100kg I just feel like a slug.
Instead I am going to drop doses down alittle get back to 10% and slowly work on my legs.

Had alittle play with some yk11 for the last few weeks but have dropped it as the mental sides are like tren minus the horniness and bad sleep. Very paranoid and quick to anger, hard to be around I’d imagine.

They came on very quickly at week 4, paranoia and very very quick to get cranky which is deeply out of character for me, felt very similar to how I feel on tren but Yk11 didn’t effect my sleep or sex drive like tren does. Even though the gains and strength were excellent I am too old to be having tantrums so it’s probably going in the back of the cupboard for awhile I think.

Heard similar from another guy who ran it. Great potential but harsh. I’d bet half that dose for longer is the move.
