Thanks bro 🤝 had to wrap up the strength peak earlier than planned, but I’m more than happy with where the strength’s at. Going to cruise on test e now, pull it back a touch and focus on quality work and the pump.

Kept it fast-paced, minimal rest, just chasing the burn and getting blood moving.

Shoulders:
– DB lateral raises: 25kg x 10
– Machine reverse fly: full stack x 30 (nasty squeeze)
– Plate-loaded shoulder press: 170kg x 6

Arms:
– DB curls: 27.5kg x 12
– Hammer curls: 30kg x 15
– Pushdowns: 134kg x 12
– Overhead cable extensions: 100kg x 12

Abs:
– Hanging leg raises x 12
– Plate-loaded crunch: 50kg x 15
– Ab wheel rollouts to finish
