It was nice to be invited on the podcast, thanks ! We had a great talk
Was really awesome to have you on the EVO podcast brother it was an awesome episode, you have some good insight. And yes, come to the dark side! :p

It was a ton of fun to be on the show. Excited for my second show just focused on peptides. As a consultant for peptides, I'm always researching new and interesting peptides, and stacks to solve problems.
you're a real peptide expert :D about to post in your log!

I've spent a long time studying them, using them, and working with clients. They're a great pairing with gear

I want your expertise in the SLU-PP-332 research article on how best to reconstitute a hydrophobic peptide like SLUPP without using DMSO! I'm trying to beat @US-pharmacies to the punch but he's ahead of me hahaha!

Let me know how to start a community research thread, I'd be happy to put a bunch of research in there. I have a long form article that I've written on the Triad for men over 45 which is TRT, HGH, and Reta being the fountain of youth and the foundation for longevity.

Hello,

I’ve been on TRT for 20 years, on a targeted protocol, also for regular people.

I’ll say this — if everyone had access to properly guided TRT, I think the number of health conditions in people would drop by around 20%.

As for GLP — it’s simple: we just eat too much. Easy access to food combined with the fast pace of life creates a downward spiral. Sugar is basically the same thing as drugs, alcohol, or other stimulants — just in a different form.

What kind of times are these where 26-year-old guys have testosterone levels around 250, and a doctor looks at the results and says it’s “normal”?

Over the past few years, glucose reference ranges have changed three times. Now “normal” is 100 — WTF.

Big corporations are making millions, while the reality is simple: eat less and move more. Almost everyone can do that.

Coming back to your topic — TRT + HRT and Reta in proper dosing can do a lot of good, but it has to be set up correctly. People today have many imbalances, and not everyone can just start everything at once. For example, if you give GH to someone with insulin resistance, you can make things worse.

Anyway, I probably went a bit too deep here 😄

Great idea — feel free to post it and tag me if needed. Happy to contribute.

Cheers.

You can create a new thread here https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/forums/community-research.279/
Make sure and title it so it's clear what people are about to read and it will stand the test of time.
Something like "Over 45? The triad of TRT/HGH/Reta you may need!" or some other catchy title you wanna think up.

Amazing feedback on the triad that @Robarock mentioned! It will be a great addition to the research article.

Totally agree with a lot of the points. The synergy of the stack especially for older men is that each of them have a job to do in the stack. Absolutely, HGH can increase insulin resistance, but that is combated with the combination of Reta that improves insulin sensitivity. There's a lot of interplay, and it depends on how detailed a person wants to get. I've used a CGM to assess the insulin levels to dial the balance of HGH to Reta. This approach is not aimed at a lot of the people here, but the more average guy in his late forties to fifties looking to reclaim some youth. Libido comes back, gym performance improves, he likes what he sees in the mirror again. That's super motivating to some who may have been neglecting himself for a long time. Everything has to be dialed in properly, and combine it with the proper foundations, but I've seen this change some people I work with lives.

With all of your knowledge @Robarock we should move this to our community research thread on SLUPP332 and you can give us your feedback on reconstituting it for subQ. We also have a MOTS-c community research thread as well.

SLUPP ➡️ SLU-PP-332 Peptide - Administration Routes, Dosing, and Reviews
MOTS-c ➡️ MOTS-c Peptide: Overview, Dosing and Reviews

I would concentrate on 1 product to do the thread to start :D how about HGH for longevity? @Robarock

How long was your hcg protocol ongoing for, if I may ask and how many vials did you go through to get from zero to hero? it would be helpful to know @Farmboy
So with the TRT, HCG was prescribed at a low dose, 300iu weekly and was on board at the time of having no swimmers. At that time I really had no physical indicators that I was low swimmers

Ramping up started in June and rolled into October when I got the job done twice with the first being a very early miscarriage. Highest dose was 1500iu and made me wildly watery, brain fogged and likely would have given me gyno if it wasn’t for the low dose Nolva

The Pregnyl brand once reconstituted is 10000iu but is technically only good for a month in the fridge before losing potency. This worked out to being still less than one vial monthly although it did get really skimpy by the end. Five months/vials to go from nothing to a lot of not nothing

It works brother but PLEASE be prepared for the hit that HcG brings. I kept running test alongside with Nolva to control the gyno but the estro sides are HEAVY. I’m fortunate not to be prone to a lot of negative emotions/thinking but am prone to bloating up the Michelin Man. Hit me up if you have more questions brother 👍👍

HCG is like injecting estrogen LOL :p

I absolutely am up for it. I'm way more comfortable talking about peptides than myself. Lol
I'll DM you about how to make the research thread be an ongoing 'living document'. It's not a 'one and done' article you are responsible for it as EVO lives on type of article. See DM's

Hi @HarleyGuy. Great podcast.

Appreciate all the knowledge you are sharing. Let me know if you need any thoughts on things I have used.
I have used MOTS-C, SLU-PP332, SS-31, AOD-9064, 5-Amino-1mq, Cardarine, NAD+, Reta, Sema, Tirz. I have done general research and of course tested on my favorite subject - myself.

I have BAM-15 on tap, have not used yet, but will put in play at some point. Also have PT-141, but have not used yet.

Oh bro, this excites me! DM incoming!!

Just finished up yours @catdadironman , great job quitting the alcohol and getting healthy. Seems like alot of us have gone through that struggle.
As someone who hasn’t it’s great to hear stories like this and experiences to help me have greater empathy for those that do

Just finished this one. Great job @Grumpy. Listening to all these international folks make me wonder why we American still use the imperial system. Everyone should use the same thing so we can make sense....
Grumpy is a pretty happy guy!!

Im listening in the morning bro!! You are going to be my cardio companion, I can’t wait to listen.

@catdadironman great podcast! Our addictions always seem to sneak up on us, we are always just doing what everybody feels is acceptable, and then all of a sudden, BOOM, we are alcoholics or pill poppers or meth freaks. The thing about leaving enough in the bottle to take care of the hangover in the morning is intense....I used to do that with meth, always leave a little in the pipe for when you come down. I am glad to be fortunate to make your acquaintance here on the other side Catdad!! You are a good dude!!
