7 weeks into cruise with 200 sus from @Gold Standard Labs hit 140kg Larsen press which is a cruising pr for me haha

Morning workout done, going to do some shopping and then do a 3km park walk hehe
4 plate rack pull for 10 reps is impressive.

What are your thoughts on rack pulls (say without the shrug) as an overall back builder? I always struggle to feel them in the lats or mid back and they tend to be more lower back for me.

Play with different heights I guess, find what works for you. Yesterday I had it about 3 inches below the knee, sometimes I have it pretty much 3 inches above the floor haha
 
Upper body done, now time for 3km walk at park
