Day 1 - 2026 Build Block #2

And just like that…. We are back logging the next phase of my 2026 fitness journey.

Link to the final log update of Build Block #1 of which I managed to put on 15kg and make significant improvements on the lower body, which will continue to be a focus this phase also:

8 week recovery phase completed. I ran a test only cycle @ 35mg/day (250mg/week) and took out all other PEDs, including GH, with aim to restore health, system recovery and flush out excess water and inflammation accumulated over the first stage. Scale weight have reduced and settled circa 90-91kg (from 95kg) during this time.

Bloods taken. Coach and I are content we are in a good position to kick off the next course with aim to slowly grow towards the 100kg mark, whilst keeping fat accumulation to an absolute minimum. Yep, this means diet is again the more important element of my program and needs to be dialled in and consistent, minimal variables, to successfully achieve this goal.

Training load will need to be managed closely. My Hs-CRP is elevated which we believe is due a number of lifestyle factors (and very little down time):
  • Work / life balance. Business owner doing 50-60 hours consistently each week including regularly interstate travel schedule
  • Family - Father of 3 kids and daily commitment to their every need (school, sport, baby duties etc)
  • Sleep - Regularly compromised due to working hours, baby (broken sleep) & early mornings to fit in gym
  • High performing athlete - this is more than a hobby for me. I set high expectations on myself and ensure all 1%ers are hit within my absolute control.
Of all the lifestyle factors, training load is the one that can be easily managed. Unlike last phase, we be running a 5 day split (not 6 days) & will incorporate additional rest days & deloads as needed.

Many lessons learned last phase of which we’ll try to improve on this time round. Nutritional intake will be kept to an absolute minimum surplus required for slow meaningful gains. Carb cycling and cardio will also be utilised to aid digestion, reduce bloat and manage water/inflammation.

Stage is set. Time to get to work…

Current Blood work.

E2 always sits high. Never have any negative sides at this level however expecting the primo to actively assist bring this back down into 180-220 range!

Test levels showcases the quality of @Gold Standard Labs products. Was running 250mg/week (35mg ED) of GSL test P during the 8 week recovery phase.

Running P in this instance was very much a self experiment as I had never used previously and wanted to assess response to the shorter ester under a test only period. Only positive feedback. Really enjoyed the stabling and control of the shorter ester along with the dryness.

Will run E for the build phase but switch back to P for future cut phases 💯

Day 1 - 2026 Build Block #2

And just like that…. We are back logging the next phase of my 2026 fitness journey.

Link to the final log update of Build Block #1 of which I managed to put on 15kg and make significant improvements on the lower body, which will continue to be a focus this phase also:

8 week recovery phase completed. I ran a test only cycle @ 35mg/day (250mg/week) and took out all other PEDs, including GH, with aim to restore health, system recovery and flush out excess water and inflammation accumulated over the first stage. Scale weight have reduced and settled circa 90-91kg (from 95kg) during this time.

Bloods taken. Coach and I are content we are in a good position to kick off the next course with aim to slowly grow towards the 100kg mark, whilst keeping fat accumulation to an absolute minimum. Yep, this means diet is again the more important element of my program and needs to be dialled in and consistent, minimal variables, to successfully achieve this goal.

Training load will need to be managed closely. My Hs-CRP is elevated which we believe is due a number of lifestyle factors (and very little down time):
  • Work / life balance. Business owner doing 50-60 hours consistently each week including regularly interstate travel schedule
  • Family - Father of 3 kids and daily commitment to their every need (school, sport, baby duties etc)
  • Sleep - Regularly compromised due to working hours, baby (broken sleep) & early mornings to fit in gym
  • High performing athlete - this is more than a hobby for me. I set high expectations on myself and ensure all 1%ers are hit within my absolute control.

And just like that…. We are back logging the next phase of my 2026 fitness journey.

No LCMS this time. Will run this next bloods in 4 weeks or so to validate test/primo ratio is on point. By this time I’d expect E2 down anyway.

Day 1 - 2026 Build Block #2

And just like that…. We are back logging the next phase of my 2026 fitness journey.

Link to the final log update of Build Block #1 of which I managed to put on 15kg and make significant improvements on the lower body, which will continue to be a focus this phase also:

8 week recovery phase completed. I ran a test only cycle @ 35mg/day (250mg/week) and took out all other PEDs, including GH, with aim to restore health, system recovery and flush out excess water and inflammation accumulated over the first stage. Scale weight have reduced and settled circa 90-91kg (from 95kg) during this time.

Bloods taken. Coach and I are content we are in a good position to kick off the next course with aim to slowly grow towards the 100kg mark, whilst keeping fat accumulation to an absolute minimum. Yep, this means diet is again the more important element of my program and needs to be dialled in and consistent, minimal variables, to successfully achieve this goal.

Training load will need to be managed closely. My Hs-CRP is elevated which we believe is due a number of lifestyle factors (and very little down time):
  • Work / life balance. Business owner doing 50-60 hours consistently each week including regularly interstate travel schedule

Update

Day 5 - 2026 Build Block #2

Quick touch base update today and it has been a BIG BIG week of work travel, hence i did not get the opportunity to complete any detailed log updates.

HOWEVER, I did adhere to diet and training program 100% for the commencement of this phase. Starting strong was very important mentally to develop the momentum required for a successful build block.

Other than sleep which was severely compromised due to the long days on the road and hotel bed, i prepped all my food (breakfast lunch dinner & snacks) at home and took interstate with me to ensure nutrition and macros were hit 100%.

Was lucky enough to catch up with fellow Team GSL member @Philouzo who took me to a couple of elite training fatalities and together pushed each other through some heavy volume sessions. Have attached some photos of our training.

Increase in AAS this week has resulted in some additional water retention, which I've come to expect and no longer have any concerns over. BP is normal and has not affected quality of life or training performance what so ever (just aesthetics). Will continue to monitor but expect this to flush over the next week or so ad the body reestablishes its new equilibrium.

@Gold Standard Labs managed to quickly get across to me some additional supplements to complete my stack for the course. Thanks boss. Always appreciated!

First week is just about over, which was always going to be relaxed and transitional. Will check in over the weekend with coach, make any minor adjustments as needed, and put the head down and get hard to work next week.

This phase will be intentionally slow. We only want to add meaningful and lean tissue without compromise to health or excessive food & PED dosages. Will have some emphasis on gym performances also, as we aim to monitor strength gains once NPP / Deca is introduced. Even in the absence of the nandrolone, PBs continue to be hit week in, week out,.

Day 5 - 2026 Build Block #2

Quick touch base update today and it has been a BIG BIG week of work travel, hence i did not get the opportunity to complete any detailed log updates.

HOWEVER, I did adhere to diet and training program 100% for the commencement of this phase. Starting strong was very important mentally to develop the momentum required for a successful build block.

Other than sleep which was severely compromised due to the long days on the road and hotel bed, i prepped all my food (breakfast lunch dinner & snacks) at home and took interstate with me to ensure nutrition and macros were hit 100%.

Was lucky enough to catch up with fellow Team GSL member @Philouzo who took me to a couple of elite training fatalities and together pushed each other through some heavy volume sessions. Have attached some photos of our training.

Increase in AAS this week has resulted in some additional water retention, which I've come to expect and no longer have any concerns over. BP is normal and has not affected quality of life or training performance what so ever (just aesthetics). Will continue to monitor but expect this to flush over the next week or so ad the body reestablishes its new equilibrium.

@Gold Standard Labs managed to quickly get across to me some additional supplements to complete my stack for the course. Thanks boss. Always appreciated!

First week is just about over, which was always going to be relaxed and transitional. Will check in over the weekend with coach, make any minor adjustments as needed, and put the head down and get hard to work next week.

This phase will be intentionally slow. We only want to add meaningful and lean tissue without compromise to health or excessive food & PED dosages.
