Been on trt for over 1 month 200 / weekly
Ordered bunch of parmaqo qomatropin & pfizer genotropin as had bad back injury and hopefully this will help ( will do 2 iu every other day for few weeks and then 5 iu daily every other day for 6 months )
Taking supplements:
Saw palmetto
Liv 52
Cystone
Swedish flower pollen
Fish oil / 1000mg + 100 Coq-10

Your thoughts 💭 are appreciated.
Want to shred and be 178 or so nicely cut up and shredded…

and you're not the first to add something to TRT, especially hgh
why are you hgh doses eod? hgh should be taken 5/2 for a long burst followed by a short pause thats why 5/2

supplements seem lacking n2guard organ liver support but even what you're taking on fish oil is off

we need to know a lot more about you , you have to share bro, put up your diet training and trt LOG for us in a NEW thread please

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

Will have to disagree with you as far as 5/2 GH use.
Numerous studies have been conducted and proven that bi daily ( every other say ) prolonged use of HGH produces better results and allows your pituitary gland to continue producing own hgh and restricting memory affect of continued use thus overriding the total disabling of it ( in the case of a daily use your pituitary gland fully disables own production, even if it tinny )

Another research:
No differences were found in the various parameters after 12 and 36 hours post rhGH injection. In conclusion, rhGH therapy given on alternate days is clinically effective and may result in improved patient compliance. Monitoring glucose tolerance and thyroid function while on rhGH is essential.

thats really not an actual trt dose.. that will land you well over 1000 for a total T number which is NOT healthy to stay on year round... thats too much and too high..

are you under the impression that hgh is going to shred you up? it takes TIME to begin to start showing fat loss effects just so you are aware...

5 ius daily is absolutely ridiculous.. that is COMPLETELY unnecessary and you will find more bad than good coming from that in terms of side effects.. 2-3 ius of quality HGH is MORE than enough.. i would hate to see you over do it and not get what you are wanting/expecting.. my goal is to always make sure people get them most out of what they are doing while experiencing the LEAST amount of side effects possible... quality of life and longevity should always come first

@OGsunnyMIA 200mgs testosterone isnt a bad dose but 2 IUs for HGH is 5/2 if you do use hgh

as i already said.. 200 mg of test per week will likely put your test levels at 1400 give or take.. that is NOT healthy whatsoever... thats far too much to be walking around all year with levels that hight... there is a point in everything where going too high is detrimental and that level certainly is... as i said, good luck with everything, i wish you nothing but the best...

I do 70mg of test for my trt and stay in the 700 total t range, when I'm on cycle I run between 200-300mg so don't believe everything u read or hear 200mg is not. Big dose for a cycle most guys run 500mg for a starting test cycle. You do what you like I just figured I'd clear some things up for you.

Thx bro ! I figured i would do high dose of trt (350 or 450 weekly ) while on gh for 6 months and then back to a 100 weekly or so as maintenance afterwards.
But again, i go slowly and cautiously:)

This is not TRT. It's a steroid cycle. TRT is meant to replace your natural production while you stay in range or maybe slightly above.
350-400 is gonna put you way out of range.
And ….
I want to be out of range for that cycle …
Did you read my comment: high dose for a cycle and then back to regular dosing …
