Im thinking about hopping on, im 6'6, 230lbs been working out for 10ish years, currently 30. I was thinking of starting with something mild like tbol/var with a test base. I wanted to know what would be more beneficial for me.

Cycle #1 - Tbol + Test
300 Test E and 50mg Tbol ED

Cycle #2 - Tbol + Var + Test
25mg Tbol, 25mg Var, 300mg Test E

I wanna know which one would be the most optimal for muscle gains wise and putting on strength. I figured that the 50mg tbol would be better at putting on muscle from what ive seen from multiple forums but i want some more knowledge. I'd run this cycle for 7 weeks and have a pct of Enlco and run n2Guard on cycle bc of the multiple orals.

Should really be test only for your first cycle. If all is going good you could add in an oral later in the cycle. 300mg/wk is a great start.
Get a log going so we can help you make the most of your cycle!!

How about getting through the test cycle and see how you do? You really don't need 2 orals in any cycle. It beats up on your organs.
Also 7 weeks is not long enough for a productive cycle. It takes approx 5-6 weeks for the test to fully saturate your blood. I good cycle would be 10-12 weeks. If you wanted to run a 6 week cycle you would need to run short ester test which would mean pinning daily. It gets old quickly.
As I mentioned, start a log so we can see where diet and training are at to help maximize your cycle.

Neither cycle is good for you right now because you jumping in blind, and before anyone here tells you to run test tbol or var you need a full pre cycle log with your training food and weekly structure so we can build something real not guesswork.

Start a full log with your sessions and macros because that lets us set a proper test base and decide if you even need an oral at all, or even a cycle at all. Will take you 15min to start.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

@uppergain really not that much difference between the 2 cycles. i don't see a drastic difference.

i would just stick to 1 oral. this way you dont complicate things

You can always adjust things on the fly. That's a nice thing about oral steroids. You can stop and start them. They have short half lives.

bros beginner cycle do 2 things. some test and oral is good. not 2 orals

I would go with option 1. keep it simple !

Have you made a decision? Update? Did you decide to start a log? A log helped me in a thousand different ways on here.
