Journey to Classic Physique
w/ Liquid Gold Labs
This is a first for me, never thought I'd be the type to want to get on stage but things change I have a desire to push myself so here it is.
I'm sure a few of you saw my last log, been quiet since then, doing routine health checks and a cruise while I have a couple things fixed up.
In the mean time I've started with coach @AE1079 and he's been priming me up for a growth phase so I can come in to next year in peak form.

Up until this point I haven't really had any formal coaching so I'm excited to crank things up with AE and having some goals gives me another reason to be strict on diet and lifestyle
Currently weighing in at 88.8kg, have already leaned out a bit over the last 2 weeks. ~175cm

Low carb days @ 3400 cals
High carb days @ 4100 cals
Hitting 250g protein everyday
The big plan is to get ready with an off season, fix up a couple injuries (awaiting carpal tunnel surgeries).
Come into next year bigger and leaner for my first ever body building comp in Classic Physique
