Thank you everyone, you're all very generously kind.
A well developed competitive physique is always some form of team work. Full support of my family, including sacrifices, dealing with a miserable, low energy person all week after week.
Having @pur-pharma-canada by my side always there for me. Especially in comp setting where you do last minute protocol adjustments and @pur-pharma-canada was always there to deliver so I was never left high and dry.
Very grateful to my team of support.
Yes, In fact both my biceps are torn. Pretty much what stopped me from every becoming an Olympian. The recovery and reconstruct and changes it made that affected other parts like my should and lats. It was very challenging but was never the same.
It tore end of 2019 (3rd year of nationals) recovery until 2022. Never thought I'd be able to compete again but with the push of my new found mentor during the recovery process I stepped back on stage in 2022 with remarkable results to my surprise.
@Gouki you really going next level and clenbuterol is for the pros so this is perfect for you broCLEN!!
So I have very sensitive nervous system ( All 4 to be exact. CNS PNS ANS and parasympathetic)
Good and the bad with that.
Good: fast response to any kind of stimulation. Also including training stimulation. For drugs lower doses goes a long way.
Bad: easily get over stimulated and will hit nervous system fatigue.
At higher doses I will get better and better results. But my nervous system will get shot so bad that it will take me months to recover from.
What I did with clen is i gradually increased it 25mcg every week until I hit 150mcg and that was the most I could tolerate near the end AND I still paid for it.
Had a horrible time recovering from the nervous system hit. Had to take so many alternative measures of rest and recovery including psychedelics and about 2 months later I'm starting to feel much better.
I mean it's a really effective fat burner. It has so many things I despise about including stiff muscles which makes eating hell because my jaw would pump up and lock out and I couldn't open my mouth.I never really was a fan of clen myself. Got the shakes to bad even at low doses
clenbuterol works bro its a fact i agree with you but high doses is a messI mean it's a really effective fat burner. It has so many things I despise about including stiff muscles which makes eating hell because my jaw would pump up and lock out and I couldn't open my mouth.
I wouldn't take it generally.

Everything was a slight blurry. I've been tunnel vision for so long because I had to this by myself and my mentor was too busy to have the luxury of coaching.
Training was very intuitive. No set program in place. We are not going to build anything during this time so the focus is on stimulating, retaining and burning.
I went in doing whatever I felt like working out and made sure to get a productive training session when I feel I hit them hard enough but not too hard.
Main focus was to nail cardio everytime and do as much of it as necessary. Goal was to come in as shredded as possible.
At around 6 weeks out had to reduce cardio intensity because legs were holding water and that's not normal for me.
As soon as cardio was reduced legs started to get dry and peeled really quickly.
I personally feel near the end I over dieted and I should've eaten more to retain better shape over deeper cuts but I just wanted to be grainy on stage.
Blew I will attach some photos in chronological order up to stage shots.
I wish I could've had thr energy or a partner to help me progress better but I was 110% dialed in and had nothing left for anything else.
