Bit off Track today
Massive work day , failed to prep food properly and still not ready to lift
Massage booked for Today to hopefully that will sort it out and can have a couple of big gym sessions in the next couple of days

I'll get some shopping done over the weekend and add steeled veg and more fruit intro the diet
