Hey guys, I apologize in advance if this is not the right forum to ask this question. I've been watching some videos lately about Nootropic supplements. All of them appear helpful, but I'm not sure I could handle them all in one day. Specifically, I'm asking what combination is best. Is it possible to finish it all in one day at set times? Has anyone tried these supplements? Btw i am 44
