have a client who's stacking HCGenerate with Ostazol now as well :)

Dropped back on volume today and went for strength. Maxed out the lateral raise machine!!! Strongest Ive ever been and it’s been 4 weeks to the day since I stopped my cycle. I am so frigging happy how things are going. Feels incredible to be gaining strength even while off cycle. Next workout will be on Sunday for Leg Day. Everyone have a great weekend!!!

What kind of sauce are you using on the rice?
Braggs liquid aminos has 1/3 the salt as soy sauce tastes way better but still made from soy!! Slight Smokey taste to it. Really good!

I gotta give it a try! Thanks, I like mixing soy sauce and honey really makes a great combo especially when it’s thicker

I’m even off HGH for the last 3 weeks so it’s got me amazed at the progress. I’m still in the belief that performance in the gym is 99% mental.

So this is so weird. Every time I end up getting crappy sleep I end up having my biggest lifts in the gym. Only got 4 hours. Did RDL on the barbell for the first time in 4 years. I crushed it. I could have done more but I am not going to risk pulling a hammy. They are already sore so it probably a good idea that I shut it down when I did. I am still in disbelief its been a full month off cycle and I continue to gain like its crazy. Someone pinch me and wake me up from this dream. LOL. Tomorrow is Chest/Tri's and then off to my mother in laws for a week. Might lift at the local gym while we are there just to get out of the house. Everyone have a nice evening and have a good start to the week!!!

Went to the store to get more choice quality ribeye for $5.97 lb. So that brings our haul of 30 lbs ribeye for $180 for the week. This will help my upcoming cutting cycle with Tren and anadrol.
How much anadrol you thinking about using ? You researched anything on how to mitigate the headaches ? I’m still coming up short or just having a lower sodium diet would „help” I’m still

50mg per day on weeks 7-12. I will be upping my dose of telmisartan to 40-80mg per day. Will also be on semaglutide so that just eats through any visceral fat. Headaches probably wont even happen as I will be on such a low amount of food I won’t have too much sodium in diet. The telmasartan does raise potassium levels so just need to make sure and limit potassium intake in water bottles. I am thinking the majority of my carbs will most likely be from dextrose on lifting days and that has zero sodium/potassium. Will also be eating ice cream twice a day.

Sounds like a solid plan! I may get some telmisartan to help with it. I’m only really thinking about it since anadrol will keep you full looking even when your carb intake is almost at 0 which is great

I believe most people cut and bulk backwards. I believe you should use water retention drugs while cutting in order to keep body from injuries and muscle loss.

I’ll start up at 25mgs again and see how it goes, I’ll wait until my weight drops down and diet cleans up a bit to elevate any bad variables. I do see the logic behind using „wet compounds” in a cut. Deca in a cut for me has always done wonders I can’t see not using it in any of my future cuts as well

when it comes to sleep a triathlete i used to train with who was in his 50's and had spent years travelling and competing once told me that its not important how much sleep you get the night before, its more important how much sleep you got 2 nights before. i think thats probably what you are noticing.

also some people are wired differently. 4 hours of sleep is fine for some, but for others its a no go

Today was a fun day in the gym. Been a while since ive done barbell incline press. Didn't know how strong I was and still don't know where it will end. PR on all lifts today. Lowered the volume down and went heavy. This is the way I love to train. Shoulder feels incredible. No pain still. I still can't believe how easy the weights feel. I swear to god PSL has the greatest gear on earth.

N2BM also has incredible products. I think the HCGenerate stacked with Ostazol and Cardazol is doing a damn fine job at getting my body into high gear. Its the only thing Ive added since going off cycle. Its obviously helping me get stronger while I am in my 5th week of TRT dosing of Test E. I get very warm and sweat like I've never sweated before. My wife can vouch for this. My shirt is soaked after my workout even if I am doing low volume its still soaking wet. I think everyone should use those three products. I am also using the N2Slin but I am not sure how it well it works because I am already taking metformin, but now I can stop taking the berberine since it already has that in N2Slin as well. The ingredients in the product look good to me so I think if anyone has high blood sugars and not taking metformin I would definitely tell them to use the product. I also have the Nutrazol 677 but I am going to hold off on that until after I am finished with my scripct sleep medicine which will run out in the next two weeks. I did try it with that script and it was so strong I felt groggy the next day so I dont think they should be stacked together. It has some great ingredients in it from looking at it so I am excited to see how that works as well. All in all N2BM has top notch product that obviously works from my short 1 week experience with it so far.

Anyway everyone have a good week as the Mrs. and I will be heading to her mom's for the week starting tomorrow so we might be training in a gym we are not used to. Everyone lift heavy and get strong AF with me!!!

Jesus man, you picked that up like it was 1 plate! Congrats on crushing the lift. It really is interesting how much you continue to progress and gain after the cycle. Nothing wrong with that! Also funny how you have these big lifts after poor sleep. Really doesn't make sense, lol.

Everyone is on GLP drugs these days. I predicted this in this log. 😂

I think it is the sole reason why I’m sweating buckets every workout. Definitely use in your cut.

I take one of each blue pill and red pill 60 min before training and then again as we are in the gym parking lot before training. I don’t know if I dare 2’of each at once.

not sure if you drink amino acids during training with water, but you're a big guy it would help retain mass to drink some as you drain, even during cutting

I am going to be using 10 grams BCAA’s in water bottle while training when I start my cut.

After looking back at the vid I probably could have got out 8-10 reps. I always error on the side of caution in my old age.
