Morning Fasted Cardio
StairMaster 20min
Treadmill 65min

Kept my HR at 140 entire time once I was done with the stairmaster. Was a little too high as I smelled ammonia. Will dial it back a little bit and keep closer to 130. Did the max 15 incline and speed of 2.8 the entire session. Did lots of backward walking to hammer the quads. My knees are way better than last year from doing this. Haven't had a cortizone shot in over 18 months. Took my 2nd shot of 37.5mg Tren Ace and 50mg of TNE today in the opposite pec this time. Definite PIP but I expected that with the compounds but its very manageble. PIP is just part of the game. No biggie. Looking forward to daily shots as I feel this will give me the best chance to keep my hard earned muscle in this cut. Will be posting up another log here in about an hour. Thanks you all for watching this log. Lets continue with great success this summer!!!

Do you have a diagram of where to pin each bodypart?
Dave Palumbo has a good video on injection sites, I just rotate between both lats, both vent to glutes and glutes. Don’t want to pin the Delts since if they swell up you loose the striations :p

Tomorrow is leg day so it most likely going to be a little bigger. I think back day is going to be my biggest carb days of the week.
i bet a big leg pump coming :)
 
I feel like I am no longer a virgin. Just took my 1/2 cc Tren Ace and 1cc of TNE in the pec. Will do again tomorrow in the other pec. I think the pecs will be a site of choice. Lots of muscle.
We dont need another body monster on evo, control the darkness deep within, otherwise u gonna finish this cycle and then when someone asks for advice, u gonna be like primo is for poosy real men use tren 😂😂
 
TNE injections are painful. Considering lowering the dose to 1/2cc per day 5 days per week, and 1cc twice per week. and doing 200mg test cyp per week to make up for it. I think 1 cc TNE with 1/2 cc Tren ace in each shot is too much for my pecs and delts. So today I will be going in my hip/ass with 100mg test Cyp, 37.5 tren ace, 100mg NPP , and 50mg TNE.

2 days per week on Mon and Fri will be the hip injection so it will be the largest shot of week with the test Cyp and NPP. The other 5 days will be 1 cc shots of volume in pecs, delts, and lats.

I don't believe it. Literally no reason it should be any different. TNE shots have been well documented to be some of the worst PIP of all. If there is no pip I would question the quality of it unless your just taking less amounts than I am.

I can tell you it's strong stuff. I made the mistake of forgetting to take my aromasin right after injection and 1.5 hours later in the gym my nipples started to itch. Never make that mistake again.

like the other day I was checking with @BrightFuture the man is pinning 300mgs/ml + which for me is CRAZY pain PIP but he doesnt feel it says no issues, and many guys I worked with are like that, pain is subjective and inflammation is subjective it seems
I remember @Noah Wixx had PIP he posted about and swelling from higher MG/ML

Yup test at 400mg/ml I couldn't do it as it caused way to many issues and I spoke about it on the podcast that Stevesmi and Mobster host together, I am happy I can see I got it all figured out and cycle been a non stop success since I went on and spoke about my pip and cycle.
 
Some of us are just more sensitive I have a huge sensitivity to gear no matter what I inject
My body just hates it and gives me post injection pain almost always
 
bro stop being a poosy, wah wah gear hurts. i pin like 5CC's at a time and don't care. even pin my calves and traps. i love the pain

Yep no issues at all. No swelling, puffiness or anything. Guess I am one of the lucky ones.

Had a decent workout today. Keeping diet clean no sugar. Just eating burger, rice, and veggies 3-4 times a day. Not tired of it yet. Tried Incline DB presses today. The hardest part is getting them into position. Didn't have any protective gear. No belt, wrist wraps, or elbow sleeves. Decided to just increase each set until I felt I was done. Probably could have gone up another 5-10 lbs but today was the first day doing db incline in a while so didn't want to tweak something. Next week I can go for the 125's. I think if I had lifting belt, wrist wraps, and elbow sleeves that would add about 15 lbs per side. Ok everyone have a great week of lifting. Lets get huge!!!

Don't want to risk muscle loss. Doing 85 min fasted 3 days per week and 30-40 min 3 times per week after we lift. The weight isn't dropping really fast right now because my body responds extremely well to Tren, NPP, and TNE. It's a pretty potent stack. Not to mention I started back up on the HGH.

I am thinking that you're going to see a pretty dramatic change in how I look very soon. I've never eaten this clean in my life and it's working. My eating blueprint on my other log is incredible.

Felt nice and big again today with muscles just bursting through the seams. I love what I have going on right now. Never have I been so dialed in with my nutrition and PED stack. I feel like a machine. Every meal I eat I just drip with sweat. Body is using every calorie it gets. Ok everyone have a good push to the end of the week. I will be back tomorrow with my morning fasted cardio update.

lighter is better you're cutting bro but still stronger than many bro :)

How do you like the Tren? I feel the "crazy" effect is blown out of proportion to an extent.

7 weeks was enough for me, daily pinning kinda got annoying lol. Same, the only time I got irritated was when I was severely food deprived. I want to use Tren e next time just to avoid the pinning quantity but it doesn't absorb as well apparently so still debating what to run.

Probably should use Tren E next time since u had no sides on Ace.

Some great looking lifts and I definitely am a fan of the volume! Love it brother.

Completely fine… Except in the car driving and yelling at stupid drivers, laying on the horn & flipping guy off! This was right after leaving the gym lol!!🤣💪 otherwise completely fine! Not RoidRage but RoadRage!!

I am committed to reaching that near 10% BF goal by end of cut. Going to be cutting cals a little bit starting next week when I bump up my semaglutide dose to .5mg per week. Its actually a week early but I am not having any negative sides on it so far. Last time I had lots of stomach pain so obviously my body is getting acclimated to it. Its also probably because I am eating about as clean as one can.

Had a nice heavy lower volume training day today. Had my elbow sleeves on once I started my working sets on Shoulder Press. Also used my wrist wraps on close grip bench as well as my lifting belt. I only used the belt on the 2 heavy sets of 315. Felt good to double my PR rep count of 2 to 4 this week. The thing that impresses me the most is the PR I broke today was after trashing my delts. Last time we did close grip it was the first exercise of the workout. I cant wait to hit sets of 8-10 on close grip with 315. If I can do that I am well on my way to maxing out at 400. All I need to do is hit 335 for a 5x5 and within a 8 weeks I should be able to peak with 400. I wont do it though. I have other goals right now. I want to get lean enough so I can feel comfortable using insulin in my next bulking cycle with IGF-1. There is no other option. I will do whatever it takes to get down to a lean enough level. My diet is on point and is the best its ever been in my life. Fat is stripping away and I am the same weight as when I started this cycle. Its going to be a hell of a ride!!!

@RoidRage69 i would concentrated on this cutter, i think insulin and igf is overkill on bulking, stick to just igf1 as will cut your blood sugar like crazy hypo and you're big already no need insulin right

i guess if you drop to 240 lets see

Had an incredible leg workout today. Doubled my rep count on my highest weights on both the Hack squat and the RDL from 5 to 10 reps at 540lbs. Everything is on point. Diet is so incredibly locked in I cant believe it. Eating close to 300 grams protein and 175-200 grams carbs on lifting days and 300 grams protein and about 125 grams carbs on non lifting days. Fats around 50 grams. The PED stack is absolutely phenomenal. I knew that I picked the correct compounds for my goals. Lost another notch on my weight belt down to the last notch. Will have to bust out my older belt I haven't worn in over 20 years soon. Ok everyone have a wonderful weekend and get huge, shredded, and strong with me!!!
