Thanks brother. Thanks all of you for your support thus far. Just took my second dose of the day. Already getting used to the taste. Almost like it in a sick and twisted way. Headed to the gym here pretty soon to crush a leg workout.

DAY 2

Leg day felt really good. Hit some high volume today 4 sets of 10 at 285 on squat. Felt really good. Last week I attempted a similar rep scheme and couldnt do more than 8 or so reps without getting really winded even at low weights like 185 and 225. The strength was there but not the endurance. I have been focusing solely on strength for the last couple months so it has been awhile since I have hit any reps higher than 5 or 6. Definitely feel like the GW has already started improving my VO2. Similar results through my deadlifts, 4x10@315. Everything felt strong and solid today. Looking forward to continued progress.

Diet was well today, wont bore you with a detailed list but cals came in at 2511 with percentages being 45%F, 35%P, 15%C. Been eating lower carb than I have in the past by focusing on just getting some green veggies in and thats it besides a little bit of peanut butter which I think will definitely help me shred some fat. I have to have my peanut butter. Keeps me sane while cutting. Definitely helps get some good fats in as well.

Tomorrow will probably be a rest day. Lots of errands to do but will probably end up hitting a quick 15min Crossfit style workout like tire flips and sprints or something like that.

Updates:
Saturday and Sunday were good. Both are scheduled rest days. I hit a little bit of cardio on Saturday, felt good. Lots of energy and stamina. A very noticeable difference since starting to take S4 and GW. Diet was good Saturday. Not so much Sunday, but as aforementioned, it was a very special day.

Right back into the swing of things today which marks day 5. Trained Chest and Triceps on this fine Monday, just like everyone else. My workout felt really good. Worked on some sets in the lower rep range around 6 today. I felt really strong and solid through my whole workout. I would say that all my lifts today were up at least 10 pounds. Energy was high the entire time. Diet was good today as well. Came in right at 2495 calories with a 40/20/40 macro split.

Overall observations so far is that strength, stamina, endurance has definitely increased overall. These are very obvious and noticeable changes during workouts. My rest between sets are much shorter. I also recover very quickly from elevated heart levels. I can push myself and work up my heart rate and then recover much faster than I could before. Workouts that used to leave me winded are a piece of cake now. I am truly amazed so far.

Feeling great today. About to go crush a back and bi's workout. Feel like I am looking leaner already. I am looking forward to weighing in and taking measurements at the one week mark on Thursday

Workout felt really good today. This was the first day that I have taken my pre-workout(C4) along with my full dose of 20mg GW 30 minutes prior to my workout. This was probably one of the best workouts of my life. Strength has gone up, rest between sets has gone down. In fact, in between a lot of my sets I was doing kettlebell swings. Felt really solid today, did not feel winded or tired at all. I can definitely feel differences in my workouts. Tomorrow I will hit my first real cardio session, probably an hour or so of HIIT and Crossfit type stuff. Looking forward to that.

Diet was pretty good today. Went over on cals by 250 but maintained my correct splits so not too worried about it.

Everything is going really well. I am excited about what is happening and I am sure I will start to see changes aesthetically very soon. I will be taking progress pictures, weigh in and measurements on Thursday so stay tuned for that.

Whatsup everyone? Little Saturday morning update for you all. I am a little over a week into my journey here with Sarms1. So far I am super pleased with the results. As of yesterday, I am down 2 lbs and have lost a half an inch from my waist. This tells me that I have been shredding pure body fat from my midsection. I have also already gotten stronger with added weight to the bar as well as stamina to pump out an extra couple reps that I would not have been able to do before.

To say I am excited about my results so far would be an understatement. I am ecstatic. This product is literally giving me my life, my confidence, my purpose back. A lot of times we really underestimate the power that our self image has over us. When we dont feel confident with our physical appearance, it effects every aspect of our lives. For this reason, this product has had a great impact on my life overall since beginning my stack. I have an extra boost of energy and confidence to get out and attack my day. I really needed this as I was approaching a point in my life where I was feeling really drained. I have a super busy schedule. I work 40 hours a week, plus currently taking 20 units in school. On top of that, I am an assistant high school football coach. To say my life is hectic is an understatement. With all this stuff going on, I was really starting to feel burnt out and losing motivation to give all of my commitments 100%. I am glad that I feel a greater sense of confidence now that is driving me to push all of my commitments to their very limits of success.

Thank you all for your support of my journey thus far! I cannot wait to keep pressing forward with you all by my side. Summer is coming. Lets get shredded!

You hit the nail on the head my friend. Glad these sarms are helping you transform yourself physically as well as mentally/emotionally. When I was taking ostarine I felt like I could do anything so that and the actual physiological benefits turn you into a borderline superhuman and I'm not exaggerating at all. Keep up the good work, bro, these next few weeks are yours to own so keep hitting it hard and the results will take care of themselves.

Thanks for all the support guys! It is motivating for me to have you guys all watching my progress. Last few days have been quiet because I have been pretty busy with midterms. I crushed a leg workout on Sunday. Everything felt really strong, what I am really noticing is the stamina that I have to go for a little bit longer than I have been able to in the past. I think for me, this will translate to increased strength and even better results. Monday was a rest day because I had quite a bit of studying to do. I hit Chest and Tri's yesterday and that workout went really well. I focused on strength, hit some heavy weights for sets of 4 or 5. Felt very strong. Have noticed the hardening effects of S4 a little bit over the last couple of days. Definitely a noticeable difference.

Diet has been on point as far as macros go. I havent been as strict paleo as I usually am, more IIFYM. I am still hitting my macros every day so I will still be on point. Unfortunately being busy with school and work I havent had a bunch of time do meal prep. Usually when I dont have any food prepped for the day, I grab a couple premade salads from the grocery store and add some extra chicken. There are some good ones that have good macros. Pretty convenient for a quick and easy meal on the go. I have been sticking with low carb, high fat/protein and I feel like it has been working out well. I will be weighing in tomorrow as well as taking some measurements to see where I am at progress-wise. I am feeling really good about things. I have an obvious notice in increase of performance and feel like I am continuing to lean out as well.

Yesterday I dropped and shattered one of my bottles of GW. It was about half full. This sucks pretty bad. I will have to order a new one within the next couple weeks to make sure that my stack is not interrupted. I will probably just buy the 2 plus 1 deal on GW and S4 and stock up for later. Still pretty pissed at myself for this. I wanted to lick it up off the floor somehow.

I may have a breakthrough to share with you all regarding the infamous taste of the Sarms. While I do not find the taste too horrifying and some days are better than others, I do think that I may have found a way to easily mask the taste. On Monday morning, I was brushing my teeth and realized with horror that I had not yet taken my dose of S4, GW, and Liquidex. I thought back upon years of experience making the mistake of eating or drinking things like orange juice right after brushing my teeth. I realized that even though the already bad taste would likely be unbearable, I knew I needed to get my dose in. To my surprise, after dropping both the S4 and the GW, I noticed that brushing my teeth beforehand did not amplify the taste. In fact, it seemed to mask the taste and I found it to be much more tolerable. This has been my experience so if you try it, and you drop dead, its your fault, not mine. Just relaying my experience with the product. I would be interested though in seeing if anyone else has done it and what they thought about it.
