Sarms1 S4 and GW Log

Had another great workout today. Hit some cardio as well. Planning to hit some more HIIT cardio tomorrow morning(fasted). Gonna try this for awhile to really get the full effects of the increased VO2 max from GW. Todays session felt really good. I could tell there was an increase in performance from what I would have been able to do 2 weeks ago. As far as the S4, I am seeing some great strength increases. Hit my old 1RM on bench the other day for a set of 4 so that was really exciting. As far as sides go, the only thing I am noticing so far is that headlights at night look yellow. This is really not a big deal at all and has not affected my driving at all.

Extremely satisfied so far with both products.

Diet went okay today. I went a little higher than usual on carbs by like 15G but I think I will be alright considering the great workout and cardio session I had. All in all today was a good day.

One thing that I think I have noticed since being on both of these products is that I feel my sleep quality has improved. I am getting good, deep, restful sleep which was starting to be a problem before beginning this stack. I dont know if this is attributed to the Sarms or the increased workout load, either way, I am thankful to be getting some good sleep.

i have always said that about sarms and sleep... it can have a profound effect on sleep quality... i have had quite a few people say this... very nice work so far bro... i am very happy that things are working well for you... keep up the good work... it is only going to get better...
 
If it were not for other things that I have going on, I am not sure that I would have left the gym tonight. Could have just kept going and going. No rest in between any of my sets today. I was either supersetting, giant setting, or doing kettlebell swings or jump ropes in between. Insane energy tonight with the combination of the GW and pre-workout. Also hit some more cardio tonight with some low intensity, high incline walking and some high intensity sprint intervals. Then cooled down with some light back squats for speed and some jump ropes. Gonna go hit the books just as hard now. Gotta pick up a little somethin for my fiance first though. Will sleep really well tonight....

Hit a nice shoulder workout along with some sprint intervals as well as tire flips. Shoulders fet really strong. Lots of good work in the strict press. Feeling great. Cardio seems to be continuing to improve so that is very exciting.
 
Rest day today. Feeling good. Have had a little bit stronger vision sides from the S4 but it has been kind of sporatic. One time when I will really notice it is if it is bright outside and then I walk into my apartment when it is dark because all the shades are closed. Then it takes a second longer it seems like to adjust. Its really no big deal and I would definitely consider it worth it to put up the kind of strength increases I am seeing. How is everyone doin out there? I am looking forward to a new week full of new opportunities. Lets kill it ladies and gents!!

Linebackers and Tight Ends(coach for a small school thats why I do double duty). Coaching is one of my motivations for getting healthy again. I feel like a hypocrite telling my guys they need to eat right, workout hard and blah blah while I am dragging my fat arse across the field.
 
Hey, guys, wow didnt realize it had been a couple days since I posted last. All is going well here. Tomorrow will be three weeks into my stack. So far I am loving the products. I will see what I weigh in tomorrow officially, but as of yesterday I was +2lbs since starting. After 1 week, I was down 2lbs and then over the last couple weeks I have inched my way up to 232. I am really not worried about my weight as I feel like I am leaning out. I think I am definitely building some quality lean muscle mass based upon the strength numbers I have put up(+10lb on my bench alone). Regardless, I am still going to lower cals another 100 to 2400 to see if I cant shed a little bit more fat. I am feeling great and about to go smash a leg workout right now. Keep killing it men! Thanks for your support. It helps me stay motivated for sure.

Great back and bicep session combined with 15 min sprint intervals and 15 min low intensity/high incline cardio. Feeling great. Gonna go crush some dinner now
 
About to go hit a shoulder session and some cardio. Shoulders will be a lot of overhead press and kettle bell swings as well as some accessory work. Diet pretty good today. Went a little over on cals but that will be okay. I will give an official 3 week in weigh in tomorrow morning.

Woke up today down a pound from last week. So far for my cycle I am up one pound. Definitely leaning out though. After lowering cals to 2400 I think Im going to really start torching some fat. Entering in my 4th week now. Halfway point. A week from now I will do progress pics as well as take measurements and check my maxes on my lifts to see how I am progressing so far. I think by next week I will likely be down about 3lbs overall. Probably closer to about 10 lbs pure body fat though. About to go take my daily dose and then hit my workout.
