• Lat pullover machine- 3 sets 12-15 reps 90kgs
• Chest supported single arm row machine- 2 sets 8-10 reps 82kgs
• Wide grip cable row- 2 sets (rest pause sets) 8-10 reps 89kgs
• Bent over single arm dumbbell row- 3 sets 6-10 reps 65kgs per side
• Seated dumbbell lateral raise- 2 sets 12-15 reps 22.5kgs per side
• Seated dumbbell rear delt flies- 2 sets 10-12 reps 17.5kgs per side
• Seated cable crucifix raise- 2 sets 12-15 reps 17.5kgs per side
