Big hamstring dominant leg day today
• Machine adductors- 3 sets 12-15 reps 81kgs
• Plate loaded seated hamstring curl- 3 sets 10-12 reps 60kgs
• Barbell RDL’s - 3 sets (1 top set 2 back off sets) 8-12 reps 170 x11, 140 x12, 140 x12
• Machine lying leg curl- 3 sets 10-12 reps 83.5kgs
• Sumo stance leg press (3 second negatives 2 second hold in the hole) - 3 sets 12-20 reps 90kgs per side
• Standing calf raises- 3 sets 15-20 reps 45kgs
