Meal 1- 90g of nutrigrain, 25g Manuka honey, 35g whey isolate protein, 500mls of water

Meal 2- 110g white rice, 250g chicken breast, 15ml low sugar bbq sauce

Meal 3- 110g white rice, 250g chicken breast, 70g broccolini, 1 Granny Smith apple, 15ml sweet chilli sauce

Meal 4- 2 original Abe’s bagels, 50g leg ham, 1 LCM bar, 25g dextrose, 1 scoop of EAA’s, 1 scoop of creatine monohydrate

Meal 5- 130g fusilli, 150g lean beef mince, 30g spinach, 90g pasta sauce

Meal 6- 200g yopro yogurt, 100g mixed berries, 100g blueberries, 25g mixed granola, 50g dark chocolate

Cals- 3932
P- 265g
C- 618g
F- 44g
