Big hamstring dominant leg day today🫡

• Machine adductors- 3 sets 12-15 reps 81kgs
• Plate loaded seated hamstring curl- 3 sets 10-12 reps 60kgs
• Barbell RDL’s - 3 sets (1 top set 2 back off sets) 8-12 reps 170 x11, 140 x12, 140 x12
• Machine lying leg curl- 3 sets 10-12 reps 83.5kgs
• Sumo stance leg press (3 second negatives 2 second hold in the hole) - 3 sets 12-20 reps 90kgs per side
• Standing calf raises- 3 sets 15-20 reps 45kgs

High carb day tomorrow to refill glycogen stores. Will try to remember to take photos but will update tomorrow night! 🫡

Currently doing 4 x 15mins on the elliptical a week. 15mins with the heart rate between 120-130BPM. Also making sure I do minimum 10k steps daily!
try to add this to the session when you post broly will help us undestand i was like how he staying so lean lol ;)

Very solid testimony to @Liquid Gold Labs products. 8 week clean up phase complete. Just over 9kgs dropped from 112.4kgs to 103.2kgs. TRT + (200mg test E, 100 mast E weekly and 3IUS of HGH daily) for 6 weeks. Last two weeks have been 300mg test E, 250mg mast E weekly and 3IUS of HGH daily.
Very keen to start my growth phase tomorrow and start pushing up💪🏻
