your getting bigger muscles. surprised you are only 95kgs.. i thought you were bigger by your pics but shows you are leaning out too @SavantSpore
Yeah I think when I lost the 30kg before starting I lost a lot of muscle so at 93kg when I started I was proper skinny fat. Dec been building some muscle since then. When up to 99. And slowly coming back down.

You're low carb and low fat, you need to up 1 of them imo @SavantSpore
I suggest you up the carbs to 150 to see how you feel

@SavantSpore That's some good looking food right there, man. It's making me hungry. I got a lot of love for delicious food like that. Slow cooked food is the best.

This is an amazing dish that you put together. Slow cooking protein is really delicious. It's a great idea. @SavantSpore

slow cooking is the best! @SavantSpore it really melts in your mouth, I'm sure. Once it starts getting really cold, I like to make some hot soups that way.

The best thing is you throw it on. Then go about your day and do your workout. Come home. Ready to eat! So convenient. Prepping food doesn't have to be hard.
bros hell yeah. food prep look good! i got my wife a nice new oven for her bday and installed it too. she love to cook too @SavantSpore

This is just about perfect for your goals! Well done. When you feel a rest day is needed then listen to your body. You can also check your blood sugar levels too they're at Walmart for $15. You might be better off dropping carbs and adding fats and going ketosis but that's a huge shift; for now I'd check your blood sugars on those low energy days (and blood pressure) just because the carbs are so low (which is good!).

Cycle/Log Outcome Goals:
Aiming for a bit of body recomposition after losing 30kg, dropping from 125kg down to my current weight of 93.7kg. I did this through a calorie deficit (cutting out carbs almost completely) over the last 18 months and adding in some basic exercise with kettlebells at home and making sure I got at least 10k steps a day.

Now I'm looking to transform what's left into a more athletic looking build. Putting on some muscle and leaning out.

I want to give a massive shoutout to @UGL OZ for sponsoring me for this transformation and @Gains Man for coaching me over the next 12 weeks! You guys are absolute legends! Thanks to UGL and the community! I took the community chats advice and went and got blood work done before I started anything ( I'll post these results on Sunday so you can see my baseline).

Personal Info/Log Introduction
Age: 40
Height: 6 ft 1inch
Current Weight: 93.7kg
Goal Weight: no goal weight as such
Current Physique: pics incoming on Sunday
Coach: @Gains Man
Sponsor: @UGLOZ

Current Cycle or Plan
:
This is my first cycle of PEDs, thanks to @UGLOZ sponsorship and @Gains Man coaching I will be following the below protocol over the next 12 weeks! LFG!

Compounds supplied & Dosages:
2 X Test C - 200mg
200mg per week
2 X Semaglutide
Follow semaglutide protocol provided by UGLOZ ( will post later)
1 X BAC for semaglutide
Cialis - As required
Aromasin - If required

Lab Used: UGLOZ
(ugloz.is / SAVANT10 for 10% off)

Support Supplements:
WPI
Creatine
L carnitine
Multivitamin
Fish oil
Liver detox
Magnesium complex
Greens complex

Training Program:
@Gains Man has me on an upper/ lower split to start off with and the rest days are to be active rest days with cardio, split with abs. For the next 12 weeks I'll be targetting 5 days minimum (M - F) but will pushing to hit the active rest days of cardio/ abs sessions over the weekends as well. Pretty keen to make the most of this golden opportunity @UGLOZ has given me! LFG!!!

Mon: Upper
Tues: Lower
Wed: Cardio/abs
Thurs: Upper
Fri: Lower
Sat: Cardio/abs
Sun: Cardio/abs

Sessions are to have each movement performed with warm-up sets (3-4 sets) up to a single working set until failure, in a range of 8 - 12 reps

Diet Overview:
Macro Goals:
200 protein
100 carbs
80 fats
1920 calories

Looks roughly like this (for this week's base macros) but I'll be adjusting food weekly so I don't get bored and posting meal as often as life allows me too (hopefully every night). This is just so I'm working to the correct base macros. Everything meal prepped on Sunday ready for the week.

Breakfast:
4 eggs
1 250ml coffee

Lunch:
250 grams lean beef mince
150 grams brown rice

Dinner:
200 grams chicken breast
100 grams of linguine pasta

Snacks
2 X WPI shakes
50 grams salted cashews.

What's next? Mask on Sunday for baseline body pics, meal prep porn, baseline blood work and any other updates I may have before then!

Thanks again @UGLOZ!
Hey mate! Just started following your log here. Being under @Gains Man means you're in good hands.

Was just reading your intro where you mentioned the changes you made originally (calorie deficit, basic kettlebell exercises, and a little bit of extra steps each day). Awesome to see the basics work as always.

Solid effort mate. Keen to see what you guys can do moving forward.

Thanks Champion! It's been a journey since I've started logging. Really built some strength back up. Watch this space. I'm only going to keep pushing harder. Gotta keep the momentum going!

Howdy folks

Apologies for being Mia this week. It's been a busy one. Flying around the country for work trees falling over in the backyard and taking over my bosses job because he quit.

Righto. This is where the week went off the rails for a few days.

Sunday - Tuesday.

No training, no macros tracked as I was flying around and didn't have access to prep meals or a gym.

I can't lie either. There were a few alcoholic beverages over those days as well. And I can feel it in the body. Was a mistake. Upset the stomach. Messed with digestion eating rich restaurants food. And the alcohol. Oooff.

However! Back home Tuesday night.

And Wednesday back on the band wagon!
Knew I had to sweat things out so went straight into Wednesday with a solid leg session.

Lower session workout attached.

Pushed really hard and smashed out a pb on the deadlifts! 140kg! Pretty stoked with that. It's probably because.of the extra food I had eaten the few days before hand. Need to burn that off.

Today!

LUNGE JUMP

BURPEE'S

And I'll finish off tonight with a protein shake before bed to get that protein macro up to 200

Crazy how much changing food and drinking alcohol messed with my body. Even a few days. Glad to be home and getting back into my routine. Tomorrow is upper session and I'm looking forward to it.

Progress pics attached - repping platinum for leg day! Skin on the belly starting to loosen up.

Pushed really hard and smashed out a pb on the deadlifts! 140kg! Pretty stoked with that. It's probably because.of the extra food I had eaten the few days before hand. Need to burn that off.

Crazy how much changing food and drinking alcohol messed with my body. Even a few days. Glad to be home and getting back into my routine. Tomorrow is upper session and I'm looking forward to it.

Looking lean in the pic and you’re tightening up nicely even after the rough few days. @SavantSpore even your arms are bigger!
Legs day is good, 120 on the hack is strong!

Alcohol and random food always hit digestion hard, did you get your probiotics and digestive aids in?

Alcohol is a poison mate, used to destroy my progress for days after it. Importsnt thing is now getting back on track - awesome to hit a PB and an upper session is always something to look forward to

Yeah 💯 Brother. It's why I don't drink. But it was all work so it was a social drink. Didn't go over board. But could still feel it mess with my body. Feeling good now though. Pretty sure I've cleaned it out of the system.now.

If you use a health tracker like Oura or Whoop you can see the damage in real time its kind of crazy

Great progress bro. Burpees are not for the weak minded especially if done long enough.

And the shitty food and booze just goes to show you how I ended up at 270lbs at over 35% bodyfat. Now you're in a position where a couple days of that and you feel it; sometimes we need a reminder of what NOT to do by doing it once in a while. For me, I'm done for life. Your next challenge can be on your next trip to stay in the EVO mindset!

In America we call those things shrimp. They are pretty good too. The problem is a lot of times when you buy shrimp though, it's rotten from the store. I always have to return seafood. @SavantSpore

@SavantSpore really good update man. Let’s keep it going

Cycle/Log Outcome Goals:
Aiming for a bit of body recomposition after losing 30kg, dropping from 125kg down to my current weight of 93.7kg. I did this through a calorie deficit (cutting out carbs almost completely) over the last 18 months and adding in some basic exercise with kettlebells at home and making sure I got at least 10k steps a day.

Now I'm looking to transform what's left into a more athletic looking build. Putting on some muscle and leaning out.

I want to give a massive shoutout to @UGL OZ for sponsoring me for this transformation and @Gains Man for coaching me over the next 12 weeks! You guys are absolute legends! Thanks to UGL and the community! I took the community chats advice and went and got blood work done before I started anything ( I'll post these results on Sunday so you can see my baseline).

Personal Info/Log Introduction
Age: 40
Height: 6 ft 1inch
Current Weight: 93.7kg
Goal Weight: no goal weight as such
Current Physique: pics incoming on Sunday
Coach: @Gains Man
Sponsor: @UGLOZ

Current Cycle or Plan
:
This is my first cycle of PEDs, thanks to @UGLOZ sponsorship and @Gains Man coaching I will be following the below protocol over the next 12 weeks! LFG!

Compounds supplied & Dosages:
2 X Test C - 200mg
200mg per week
2 X Semaglutide
Follow semaglutide protocol provided by UGLOZ ( will post later)
1 X BAC for semaglutide
Cialis - As required
Aromasin - If required

Lab Used: UGLOZ
(ugloz.is / SAVANT10 for 10% off)

Support Supplements:
WPI
Creatine
L carnitine
Multivitamin
Fish oil
Liver detox
Magnesium complex
Greens complex

Training Program:
@Gains Man has me on an upper/ lower split to start off with and the rest days are to be active rest days with cardio, split with abs. For the next 12 weeks I'll be targetting 5 days minimum (M - F) but will pushing to hit the active rest days of cardio/ abs sessions over the weekends as well. Pretty keen to make the most of this golden opportunity @UGLOZ has given me! LFG!!!

Mon: Upper
Tues: Lower
Wed: Cardio/abs
Thurs: Upper
Fri: Lower
Sat: Cardio/abs
Sun: Cardio/abs

Sessions are to have each movement performed with warm-up sets (3-4 sets) up to a single working set until failure, in a range of 8 - 12 reps

Diet Overview:
Macro Goals:
200 protein
100 carbs
80 fats
1920 calories

Looks roughly like this (for this week's base macros) but I'll be adjusting food weekly so I don't get bored and posting meal as often as life allows me too (hopefully every night). This is just so I'm working to the correct base macros. Everything meal prepped on Sunday ready for the week.

Breakfast:
4 eggs
1 250ml coffee

Lunch:
250 grams lean beef mince
150 grams brown rice

Dinner:
200 grams chicken breast
100 grams of linguine pasta

Snacks
2 X WPI shakes
50 grams salted cashews.

What's next? Mask on Sunday for baseline body pics, meal prep porn, baseline blood work and any other updates I may have before then!

Thanks again @UGLOZ!

Always nice when we feel ontop of everything isnt it. Some weeks we feel like we're surviving and other are clear we are dominating. Well done brother, good momentum continues to build for ya 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Good day family

I've been a bit MIA the last few weeks. I apologise for this. Life this time of year has been hectic busy. Between work and preparing for holidays I've been cooked and in bed early. Great for sleep. Not great for my log.

However I've still been doing check ins with coach and I've been grinding away in the background at the gym.

I've been able to keep macros on point and successfully avoid any Xmas splurges and alcohol. I've just avoided the Christmas parties this year and I feel great for it.

I wanted to reflect a little in this post. I've been blessed by the UGLOZ family and community through the last 6 months. They all have been super supportive along my journey and have been inspirational through sharing their own experiences and transformations. It's truly help keep me motivated and on track. Staying locked into a program for this long has been a challenge and a change for me. But it's incredibly rewarding seeing the hard work pay off as a result. So I've dug up my first check in pics and posted them her along side my latest check in. I can see a massive difference in body composition which I'm super proud of. My starting weight was 93kg and my weight currently is 95.9kg. I've over doubled my strength in all exercises and even maxed a couple of the gym machines hahaha which I've never done in my life. Even when I trained in my 20s. So I'm over the moon with how strong all round I've become. Feels good to feel capable again.

When I stated this log. My initial bloods showed I had low test so TRT was a perfect spot for me to start. Test C X 250mg a week made a world of difference for me both physically and mentally. I was most surprised how much better I felt all round. The mental clarity has been amazing. And because of it so many other things in life have improved as well. I can't thank the UGLOZ team enough for the their generosity and sponsorship. It truly has been life changing.

Hoping to log again before the new year starts but if I don't get to it I wish you all a fantastic holiday season and joyous times with your loved ones! You all deserve it!

I've been talking with coach a bit over the last couple a months about long term goals. And we are looking to change things up in the new year. See if we can up they game, and continue to smash out my transformation. Watch this space! In Jan I'll have a whole new program to help with this! Exciting times ahead people!

LFG!!! Looking forward to a massive year ahead!

🙏💪

Massive shout out to these two legends @UGL OZ @gainsman

I'll be logging regularly again from Jan 1st!

Looking forward to seeing your log and progress in the new year brother

Good day family

I've been a bit MIA the last few weeks. I apologise for this. Life this time of year has been hectic busy. Between work and preparing for holidays I've been cooked and in bed early. Great for sleep. Not great for my log.

However I've still been doing check ins with coach and I've been grinding away in the background at the gym.

I've been able to keep macros on point and successfully avoid any Xmas splurges and alcohol. I've just avoided the Christmas parties this year and I feel great for it.

He's back and looking ready to attack!!! You look great brother! That is some very obvious fat loss with some muscle to show for it too! Great look too with the abs starting to come through!

You ready to continue those burpees in 2026 bro, those are my fave thing you do!

Hello UGLOZ family!

I've been quiet over the holidays season! But I'm back! Bugger and bladder than ever!

Been slack on the log lately. But just needed a break. With that said I haven't taken a break from diet and training. Won't lie. I was a bit slack over Christmas with the diet. Indulged a little more than I should have. But after 6 months of strict eating. I gave myself a bit of freedom with the family and holiday events. When it wasn't an occassion I stick to my macros and kept Tommy prep meals.

So a new year! New program. New exercises and new peds.

I've gone from an upper, lower and legs split to a push, pull and legs program thanks to @gainsman! The legend has mixed it up for me and we are doing some slightly more advanced exercises. Still focusing on body recomp with some strength training involved now.

So where am I at after a relaxed period?

Fasted weight 97.4kg

Macro goals for the moment are still the same.
P200
C150

Maybe they will change in the coming weeks but for the mean time it'll be held at that until I move into the new program properly.

Today I completed a pull day!
See attached pics for my workout.

Current physique and post pull day day pic for reference. I can see some real physical changes now.

Watch this space for my new peds in the coming days. Just waiting for a touch down from the amazing UGLOZ team @AJ and the crew for looking after me in the new year! Absolute legends and best in the game. Have so much gratitude for the team and their integrity in the community. If in need, go UGLOZ all the way!

Exciting times ahead fam!

Let's F@#king Go!!!!

Hope your all killing your goals!.
