The blood work done during cycle will be of his products!

Will be starting a 16 week cycle in3 weeks time After I get Bloods done and a couple of other test like a Total Body Composition Measurement. To see where im at with my Weight loss.

cycle will be looking like this

TestE250 @ 300mg-400mg
Primo E @ 200-300mg
Npp @200mg


ancils are:

- 40-80mg telm

-10mg cialis

- 1000mg Tudca and 500mg NAC








Injection freq will be mon/wed/fri


Training splits are:


Day1CHEST AND BICEPS
Day 2 BACK AND TRICEPS
DAy 3 LEGS
DAy4 SHOULDERS
Day 5 core

cardio 10min treadmill be for each workout day with Tuesday and Thursday Have Rugby training and game on Saturday.

Macros are going to be
3,523Calories/day

258 grams/day




Carbs

Includes Sugar
376 grams/day

But I Completely disagree with you eating almost 400 grams of carbs per day

you should be going low carbs to cut up and high protein with medium fat

high cardio
at least 16/8 fasting


Post cycle photos Mind the leg tan🤣
Your bodyfat is a bit high but you look great as a base. You will need to cut carbs asap.

Cheers mate. will be doing Chicken and rice with beans/broccoli and a egg 2 times a day and some water melon as a snack. will need fuel for my job as i am a construction worker and ill be Playing Rugby league as the football season has started.

I fast from 6pm to 11am

thats a start for sure. might want to close that gap as much as you can to 2-3 hours
 
this is going to be an Epic log
only thing I would do differently is do biceps and back same day and triceps/chest
 
cardio on the treadmill is fine
make sure you are doing some other cardio too
 
Looking forward to see your results
make sure you get up your pictures so we can see where you're coming from
 
make sure you also update us on your blood pressure
especially as a cycle progresses

@OmaD if you need fuel thats reasonable. You'll need to change your type of carbs, go with oatmeal buckwheat and sweet potatoes and under 200 grams.

morning weight in then gym doing back and biceps lat pulldown @ 45kg slow down squeezing then 45kg seated row slow with squeezing. Bent over dumbbell row 30kg slow long reps. Then 15kg dumbbell curls.folowed up straight away with 7kg both sides ez bar curls standing with 30sec rest in between
 
I would add in maybe some salad as well but diet looks very nice
 
you will be a beast by the time we get to page 25 trust me
 
diet is looking good I'm seeing some good vegetables in there
 
keep it going and keep eating healthy that's the 1 thing
 
Got bloods done and a Dexe scan done today will post bloods when i get it. Got some Good Info from it like im using my right leg more then left and not to drop under 2300 calories will be eating in to muscle. but + side only 27% body fat and only 10kg of fat to get rid of.

Yes 10 min treadmill every day in morning and on Tuesday/Thursday 1hr high intensity run/push ups/ Sit ups/burpees/ stretch. With football training.

Yes blood work is on the way got blood taken today will be up to 5 days before I get results. Will post as soon as I have them.

Blood Results are In very happy have gotten things in check. or close to it. This is on 150mg TestE a week split in 3x 0.50mg m/w/f.

@OmaD thats not much cardio, you need to get cardio up to 30min ed. Its crucial to do fasted cardio.

seems you got issues with e2 still you upping ai?
 
yes i have 0.5mg arimidex twice a week. i did stop it about 2 weeks ago and added 150mg of primo to see what it would do to the e2 on blood work to get a ruff idear. i have Ai on hand
@OmaD I would go back on the arimidex at least 0.5mgs/week

you hit the legs good, i like it overall
 
try some front squats as well they are really good for the glutes
 
if you are doing 10 plates that means you're doing 450 pounds minimum
 
nice job on that and I like your other leg exercises

Still on this Diet 2 time a day + black coffee in the morning and oats. Weight as of this morning 111.6kg still dropping nicely. Should have a bunch of goodies coming this week will post a pic when they come. ready to start the cycle next week SO KEEN.

had a switch it up day with egg whites on toast and a yogurt and for dinner had chicken burger with a side of air fried chips
