Thanks bro. I hope This continues as I know it’s a progressive disease with the spine so slow steady wins the race. Pray I can continue this route. Seriously thinking about trying some deca/ NPP see if it helps with the inflammation and nerve shit. The tingling. If I can reduce the inflammation so the positional tingling reduces that would be fucking awesome!! Maybe another spinal Injection dose would give it that or maybe not. Will ask my Doctor when u see her age in the coming weeks. Until then I keep Happy Lifting 💪🌸

Dude…. This is a light day for me. Squat press was prob 50% of my one rep max!! Lol. If you go back on my logs you can see I’ve lightened up my weights recently! Powerlifting background. My heavy day on those would be 630lb 3 sets of 8 reps! Mr and I always train together.

He’s Navy on a submarine and he will be getting deployed again anytime-ish, we never know when or where to, as nuclear submarines packing big ass nuclear missels it’s all confidential!! so we hope to get some time seeing him before this happens.
