I only ever see those getting ready to compete using the Adduction Machines and Hip Abduction Machines
@Mobster we use them regularly. I think they’re very important to build those supporting muscles esp in powerlifting pushing out the ORM squatting! Our coach made us do them! They’re under rated by many. IMO 💪🌸 kicking ass Pigsy.
