shoulders are good but careful with the high sets on shoulders cut that a bit bro :)
 
Hi guys, i like the high sets of lateral raises for some boulder shoulders - but I can cut that down a bit if you think its too much.
I do eat bananas and apples most days - though I dont put it in my log
 
Nice workout I like how you're mixing different exercises
 
I would do your leg days all together on the same day
 
I like how you're diet is kept very healthy and simple

any reason why you're mixing shoulders and legs on the same day
just doing it because I'm not doing a lot of volume on the legs due tot he recovering knee injury. Good thing is the other day the muscles felt sore and the one felt good!

Its middle of Winter her and this coming week is the last week of my mild cycle. I am on TRT otherwise so was looking to go back to my usual 150mg/week (cycle is 300mg a week and 40mk of anavar over the last 6 weeks). How much time do you think I should take before starting the next cycle in preparation for the warmer weather? 4-8 weeks? Or being a relatively mild cycle a bit less? I was thinking of doing the same 300mg (or perhaps 400 as 300 felt fine) test a week and either EQ or Primo on top at also 300-400mg/week. Maybe Anavar again but would be happy just to try 2 injectables.
 
Always share on lighter days and even deload weeks, you never know who might read or see your log and take inspiration from it.

Imo high reps on lay raises really helps for the capped look

@rizzlekdizzle if you do self TRT you can stay on it, but taking 2-3 weeks off for light bridge you can do it bro :)
you're not doing PCT so thats not really an issue
you can lets say break cycle for 4 weeks with TRT only 150mgs/week no var just clean test for a month
and go back on it, follow?

Yep that’s what I was thinking, thanks for the input. Have got some proviron too for next cycle, I like the idea of using it to free up more test so you can keep the doses low to moderate levels.

I think you could go with either equipoise or primo
just not tren its toxic

are you saying maybe that you're gonna sweat more in the warmer weather

Depending on goals if it's quality lean gains I'd look into primo, it'd a long game with primo so you must be patient if u look at photos from my first log and my current log I've run primo twice now and you can see the transformation.

I have very thankfully picked up a local Aussie sponsor in @Ferrari Pharmaceuticals for my next cycle and we have decided on a test + deca cycle - with some proviron in there too. Would like to build some mass so I'm sure this would help.

I mean I will be finishing the cycle I'm on, and as I was on TRT before - I will return to it for a while.
