I'm loving it to be honest, definitely worth the 1 hour and 15min drive.
If someone never tried this kind of machines that let you change the resistance profile of the exercises they can't understand the difference it makes, i fell everything in the muscles and nothing in the joint and you never lose tension, AMAZING.

New world gym open in nxt to my area recently it’s fancy got massive line of equipment, can’t wait to get on November bit of drive but looks worth it.

On Tuesday and Wednesday I had planned rest days since I can't train due to double shift at work hence why no post.
Got a flu on Tuesday... training was fine but I felt the diminished sleep and felt it heavier than usual, will add the Arsenal Pendulum Squat or Hack Squat to the Leg press to get more volume, need to lower the weight on Seated Curl and do more sets.

Didn't manage to eat 1kg of pasta today so I added some "treats" even though I'm not a fan, I know that's not the best source but if you know someone else who's eating 900g or 1kg of carbs 3x weekly let me know and I'll proceed to ask more practical solutions.
Said that I always appreciate criticism and I don't get offended so no need to sugar-coat stuff for me.
Bloodwork is delayed to Monday or Tuesday next week since I didn't want to screw some variables while being "sick".

My coach upped my food

Low days: 300P - 300C - 105f
Medium days: 310P - 595C - 42F
High days: 270P - 925C - 0F
oh nice I like the protein is high but on high days ask him to up your protein over 300 and carbs at 900 @electus :)
 
The high day was my favourite day because it had less proteins lol, I'll buy some napkins to wipe my tears while eating 🥲.

Both those parameters are lower now than months ago, for now i have only those results will get more with the passing days.
Probably taking out 10mg anavar helped lowering alt/ast by almost half.

Is a nightmare bro, I'm starting to buy treats and shit cuz otherwise I'm in trouble, I still don't understand why I have to eat so much, I mean how my metabolism got this fast...
I am around 570 max i can i can fit another 50-70gm of carb idk how u doing bro, even carb powder gives me ick, but food it key, u have to shove it down for growth, it is what it is. Gud luck brother, will be following along want to see how much u will be adding more😂
