If someone never tried this kind of machines that let you change the resistance profile of the exercises they can't understand the difference it makes, i fell everything in the muscles and nothing in the joint and you never lose tension, AMAZING.

Got a flu on Tuesday... training was fine but I felt the diminished sleep and felt it heavier than usual, will add the Arsenal Pendulum Squat or Hack Squat to the Leg press to get more volume, need to lower the weight on Seated Curl and do more sets.

Didn't manage to eat 1kg of pasta today so I added some "treats" even though I'm not a fan, I know that's not the best source but if you know someone else who's eating 900g or 1kg of carbs 3x weekly let me know and I'll proceed to ask more practical solutions.
